The movie is a 2007 Taiwanese film called "Secret". A girl in 1979 attends a Musical school. She finds an old piano and under it she finds a Musical sheet called "Secret" which claims, whoever plays it with the old piano will be taken to meet their destiny. So she plays it. It teleports her 20 years into the future in 1999 where she meets her lover. They fall in love as she travels back and forth through time to meet him. However, one day due to a series of misfortunes, she thinks he has fallen in love with another girl and she leaves him for good. Her lover pieces together the events, as she sends him clues about herself from the past. He finds out the building containing the Piano is about to be demolished so he rushes over to try and stop them, but knowing he will never make it in time, he rushed into the room and plays the sheet as the building is being demolished. His blood is shown dripping on the piano as he tries to complete the song. It is unclear what the ending is. Some say he died and his ghost is visiting her. Others say he made it to the past to meet her again.

The song is about a lifetime that only happen once, they got to know and love each other, promise to cherish and going through difficulties/hardship together till both die of old age. Before that happen, they will love and cherish each other forever.
