The reality of growing into adulthood is letting go of big dreams we had hoped for during our youth. Life can feel mediocre and our achievements may seem insignificant. But I've come to realise my happiest times weren’t when I landed my first job, or when I got that promotion; it was the small, ordinary moments in between that I cherish most.
