    INGREDIENTS
    • White peas - 3 cups (overnight or 6-7 Soaked in water)
    • Turmeric - 1 TSP
    • Green chillies - 2
    • Cumin seeds - 1 TBS
    • Salt (acc. to taste)
    • Water - 4 Cups
    Cover and cook for 5 whistles
    • Oil - 2 TBS
    • Cumin seeds - 1 TBS
    • Onion pure - 1 cup
    • Ginger & chilli paste - 2 TBS
    • Turmeric powder - 1 TSP
    • Chilli powder - 1 TSP
    • Tomato pure - 1 cup
    • Aamchur powder - 1 TBS
    • Cumin powder - 1 TSP
    • Black pepper powder - 1 TSP
    • Coriander powder - 1 TSP
    • Potato - 4 (medium sized)
    • Salt (aac. to taste)
    Add the boiled peas and 1 cup water
    • Garam masala - 1 TSP
    • Chopped coriander
