This grinder gives sound. Moreover we should not use our hand as it rotates both sides...we have to be very careful....

Same problem I faced.. So I booked for service and asked about this issue.. They said us to use ice cubes while grinding.. this is the technique I’m following till now.. I didn’t face any problem nowadays..
