      Hello chef, I am devouring your recipes...very simple and well explained... I did this soup today at basic cuisine, the chef told me my julienne was thin and even 😃😃😃 but the soup needed more salt. I thought it was well seasoned but apparently I tend to put little salt on my preparations. Do you know any tips about salt, how do you know when to stop adding it to the recipe? How do you know if it needs more?.... Chefs here don't give you a measure.
      Tomorrow crêpes d'endives braisees with mornay sauce mmmmmm!
