@MelodicScroll it's called tilt-shift, it normaly require a special lens, but some programs allow you to fake it (it's just not as nice, obviously).

@jorgeibzsalamanca Why? Becuase he speaks English? Does that mean that any commentator who does the commentary in English is stupid and annoying because he or she speaks the language?
