Congratulations! Come to Southeast & East Asia, there are loads of very nice Mitsubishi elevators especially in Japan. Japan is a SEA OF MITSUBISHI elevators!
One of the buildings that my dad takes care of as an engineer is a 10-story office building. It has Mitsubishi traction elevators. Defiantly some of the best elevator chimes I have ever heard. One thing my dad told me is that they have to have Mitsubishi maintaining those elevators. Otis and Dover didn't even know to fix them when they broke, they're so advanced.
Probably not. I don't go to his work very often, and when I do, there really isn't much time to film. I do have some small clips of them, though, and you can view them by going to my channel and watching the older videos just titled "Visiting dad's work".
Greetings from Northern Minnesota again. I enjoyed seeing "my" Wells Fargo lobby fixture light up. Welcome to San Francisco. There are tons of amazing elevators there from the manual Otis at Coat Tower to the glass elevators at the Hyatt on Embarcadero and St. Francis at Union Square... BUT... if you're short on time, I highly recommend crossing Mason St. & checking out the Hilton... it's full of amazing Otis & Fujitec elevators... and the view from the bar at CityScape on 46/R is beautiful. I sat up there w/ my boss every night and just stared out the windows. Enjoy your stay in the city by the bay and thanks for your great work!
Wow! These are really interesting elevators! I rode some Mitsubishi elevators when I went to China in 2010! But I have NEVER ridden an elevator by Mitsubishi.. The ATL SkyTrain at the Airport in Atlanta is made by Mitsubishi! I do know that! :) Glad you like the elevators there!
Exactly. There is a TON of these things in Cancún, MX. The Grand Sunset Princess Hotel has contract with these. Not sure what model though. They are way different.
I'd love to ride a Mitsubishi elevator ! They look so great !!! Unfortunately I have never seen one in France, I even thought the brand didn't work there but in fact they have a test center in Paris.
Unfortunately, there are no Mitsubishi elevators in NZ (at least not that I’ve heard of), but there are plenty from where I came from (Malaysia). They are my favourite elevator company of all time.
I know these are American Mitsubishi’s which may differ to other ones that you’d find in Asia & Europe, but interesting how at 3:49 the lantern speed stays consistent even after the doors open. Basically, the lantern is supposed to flash faster when the doors open. You can see it here: ruclips.net/video/oOWORkUP1HE/видео.html
There seemed to be this hotel elevator for business use, too, but did you photograph it? (by the way, the guy that other one was photographed as for the elevator for business use is uploaded)
Fitting for Mitsubishi elevators to be in a Japanese themed hotel. Mitsubishi elevators are common in Hawaii and the West Coast The East Coast severely lacks Mitsubishi elevators Shame the car floor indicator number doesn't have the iconic flash.
Whoa very cool chime, it sounds like a Windows Xp/7 computer turning on and off dang the only thing in Georgia that is Mitsubishi is cars, and t.v.'s only, this is a first in the u.s. Wow these elevators are even better than Fujitec even.
The make trains also and they are SUPERB and last forever, have semiconductors, robots, they have several bussiness units, just like TOSHIBA, HITACHI o HYUNDAI that even make big conteiner ships. HITACHI makes heavy equipment. Thosiba make trains also.
Ironically, your first Mitsubishi was also the first elevator Mitsubishi installed in the U.S. back in 1986. Congrats on hitting 100k subscribers!

Mitsubishi to my surprise makes a very nice elevator. Wish I could have met you and NationalElevator, been a regular viewer for few years now.
Well good for you Andrew! Mitsubishi elevators are AMAZING elevators to film!

If you go to Las Vegas, there are Mitsubishi elevators at the Caesars Palace in the Augustus Tower with the DiamondTrac fixtures.
I used to stay at this hotel a lot on business. Yes, very fast and smooth Mitsubishi elevators, with those great chimes!
I found this video with high and low chimes for Mitsubishi elevators.
Mitsubishi elevators are awesome, I hope to film one some day...
I can't believe this is your first Mitsubishi. I found more in Downtown San Diego, around L.A., one in Vegas. They're hard to come across.
Exactly. There is a TON of these things in Cancún, MX. The Grand Sunset Princess Hotel has contract with these. Not sure what model though. They are way different.
I would say that I have never encountered a bad mitsubishi until I met( or rode) the one in my school/college.
Nice video man!
I really like Mitsubishi elevators. They are very common in Nordstrom stores in Southern California.
Go to the Canary Wharf shopping Centre in London: It has loads of Mitsubishi lifts, and more cool British lifts :)
Cooking

According to a comment on Instagram, these elevators are likely going to be modernized at some point by Mitsubishi.
Unfortunately, there are no Mitsubishi elevators in NZ (at least not that I’ve heard of), but there are plenty from where I came from (Malaysia). They are my favourite elevator company of all time.
My mom rode on a Mitsibushi elevator in San Francisco except they had circular buttons & it lit up in the middle.
This type of Mitsubishi Elevator is EREPETADVANCE.
Not too familiar with Mitsubishi's foray into elevation, but from what I've seen, these are mightily impressive!
Come visit Asia one day...you'll find Mitsubishi elevators everywhere!
Those look like very nice elevators while i have yet to find a Mitsubishi elevator.
The chime. Very nice!
That's Very Impressive!
I know a place that has a 1970's Mitsubishi elevator. I'm filming it next Summer.

They used to have a doorbell chime.
interesting chime. wow that elevator is fast. that scale model looks nice. good for route finding. what does each floor, like G, button say?

Mitsubishi elevator buttons tend to mimic other brands of elevators such as Schindler and Otis

Nice !
And air conditioners
Cool!
Did anyone notice that the level indicator after 12 it skipped to 14? 😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐
Oh
+plush &vacuum fan 224 some buildings don't have a 13th floor because of superstition.
Why no floor 13?
That's because they are superstitious
+ElevCraft Of course 14=13 you know
+ElevCraft but in Indonesia there are no 4 and 13,14,22 so no number 4 and no 13 it's like one plus three
That elevator must be a nexiez
Hi
I mean NationalElevator (Gone)
What does B2 mean?
idk
Basement 2.
Hai
I think Mitsubishi is a Japanese company
it is.
Why they skip floor 13 reply to me
Superstition. A lot of people believe that the number 13 is unlucky, therefore a lot of buildings skip that floor and go from 12 straight to 14.
Definitely made in Japan here...
No 13 floor that’s cool
Going up
NaitionalElevator (Gone)
