- It's hard to believe that it's finally happening. Our baby girl has started PRESCHOOL! We still can't believe it. We are excited for the fun she will have and the memories she will make...but that doesn't mean we (mainly Mama) aren't emotional about it! It's so important to us to be able to document these milestones and see how much she has accomplished in just a few short years. We're so proud of you Eva! We love you so much!
This channel is about our daily life raising our 2 boys and our daughter who has Down Syndrome.
When we first found out about Eva's diagnosis we couldn't find many RUclips channels from families in the same situation, which is why we decided to start this channel.
We are just a simple, average family sharing the joys (and sometimes the challenges) that raising a child with Down Syndrome have brought to our life!
It breaks my heart to know that there is still such a debate on these children. These are some of the most amazing people on the planet. I just love Eva 💖
Eva has really opened my heart and now I am considering adopting a baby like her. People with special needs have always had a place in my heart since I use to volunteer with Special Olympics here in America.
Hi! I just read your comment and it brought me to tears first thing this morning. ❤️ This is truly amazing. Thank you so much for talking the time to share that with us. It breaks my heart knowing how many children (especially children just like Eva) are in orphanages but so desperately belong in families. This comment has made my day and thank you for sharing ❤️
I cried when my oldest went to kindergarten..it's so hard to let them go and have wings. Now here it is 44 years later and he's taking care of me in my old age .we mom's have separation anxiety when letting them go..you have a beautiful angel..a true gift from god .and she has two wonderful parents and two big brothers who love her unconditionally ..and she so gives back that love, hugs and smiles .

Eva is a beautiful little girl! I remember my kids first day of school and now they are 34 and 40 years old.

Oh I am SOOO dang happy to have found this sweet channel! I have 2 autistic children, and my youngest who is nonverbal, had bone cancer at age 10. And had to have an above the knee leg amputation. (Today, he went to his first appointment at the survivor clinic! We made it!) I can't wait to see more of you guys XO

My wife and I were to a point where we were very stressed about our new baby which is still 26 weeks and is diagnosed with t21. You video has given me courage and support to make my decision of carrying on with her. I hope I become the best dad in the world for her.

Our Miracle baby Raphael aka Raphy was also born with Down Syndrome, we enrolled him in preschool at age 3, just as you all did that really helps them in their developmental stages
We chose his name prior to birth
Means healing by God
Our baby needed a Tracheostomy from 14 weeks to sustain life until God was ready for him at age 13
Raphy didn't walk til age 4 ( we didn't allow open heart surgery
We Believed God to show Himself strong and He did
I stayed at the preschool with him daily
When the program ended he was 4 years old and we searched for another school
In the meantime we were offered hines hook for him until such time
We were so blessed to have such a gift from God
Raphy commanded his way with everyone
My 4 older children help to nurture him as did other family members
He was showered with love from neighbors our church families, (2 churches ), my mother's neighbors
His paternal granddad ( his father, my husband's dad) bought him his first stroller, he felt like we were babying him too much
Of course he did not understand birth defects etc
Rahy was very Spiritual gave out so much love
Oh how we still love and miss him
I would love to meet you all some day
Please stay strong, trust the Lord and take some time for each other and oneself
Intentionally plan date days while the 3 children are school ) Dress up a little, that strengthens marriages, trust me
