We went for a cruise down here when I was in San Antonio. Walked out on a pier and talked to some fishermen. They said they were catching bull sharks and were only 50 meters away from surfers who were surfing terrible waves. One of the oddest beaches I’ve ever seen. Still love it though.
More then a bite one lady was missing her whole calf prayers for her so what happened to the one in Australia when the shark ate him and came back more then once and they say sharks don't like the taste of humans lol
“Investigative bite”??? You’d think the sharks are lobbying these people. 🤨 You’d call it something very different if that “investigative bite” was on your flesh.
Well it is true. I learned in Biology that sharks actually do not like the taste of human blood. When they bite a human, it’s because they think that the human is a fish or another sea creature and let go when they realize it’s human. But yea it is very unfortunate that the damage is already done.
Water is murky. The shark was actively hunted so will attack anything it believes to be prey. Likelyhood of it happening is significantly lower if the water was clear.
@@noahsaldivar3271biologist made that up to make sharks seem less scary than they really are. Tiger sharks and bull sharks are not picky and will eat anything
@noahsaldivar3271 Great white sharks have totally consumed humans on a number of occasions. Tiger sharks and bulls have eaten limbs and body parts on lots of occasions too. It's a myth they always spit out humans and never eat us or body parts. Check out the footage of Simon Nellist bitten in half and consumed by a large great white off Sydney, Australia.
More like, 'hmmm, these things are edible. A little tender, but I could work with it. Easier to get than regular fish. I think i stick around and try some more.'
The water was murky and the shark was actively hunting. Took one bite then didn’t go back so it was investigative. A bull shark or tiger shark could rip a human to pieces in seconds if they wanted too.
I have gone to SPI every summer since i remember. Never seen a shark. Currently i have family there and the got video of it. And i have a NSFW photo of the bite.
Yeah it is common knowledge that sharks will be closer to shore given the current conditions. Has nothing to do with what you are trying to peddle and spread.
Hope they have a speedy recovery! go to swimming pools or lakes when you go into an ocean, you are on the wrong end of the food chain, a Bull, Tiger or Great White Shark could rip your leg off in seconds.
“These are Not attacks”? Tell that to the lady who had her calf bitten off. She would have been killed had her husband and other bystanders not gotten between her and the shark.
People are always surprised by the behavior of God's wild creatures, as if they are supposed to follow some imaginary rules we set for them in our heads, anything can happen at any given time anywhere especially in wild environments like the ocean or forest, desert, it's hilarious how humans think we know everything and can explain everything until we can't.

Stop the beach fishing. It's dangerous to try to draw one kind of fish to your lure and assume you won't draw another. Find a pier! Bigger sharks are smelling the bait. Make it illegal to fish from the beach
Can anyone that knows about sharks weigh in? Why is it that attacks are always back to back? Like once one happens, several more follow. What causes this behavior? For example, I was recently looking at fatal shark attack statistics by region in the U.S. and there's always usually back to back attacks and sometimes just a few short months apart and then an attack won't happen in that place for years. Why is that? What causes this? I just find it odd that lightning strikes in the same place. Notable examples would be the Jersey attacks that inspired Jaws and then fatal attacks in Hawaii, Florida, and the rare fatal ones in Puerto Rico. PR for example had 2 in the same year and then none for decades.
Most of the time sharks stay away from people. Other times, they’re curious and investigate and realize they don’t want that food source. In some very rare instances, they like what they find.
Don’t step outside because of a snake bites you, or a bee stings you and you have an allergic reaction, or if wild rabid animal attacks you, it’s all your fault. We simply took over their homes without giving them an option.
There’s sharks in the ocean that might attack you!? That’s crazy I never knew that! We need to stop making a big deal of obvious circumstances. Like complaining about the heat when it’s July!
I hate these social media or college shark experts. Explain the 700 MEN WHO were eaten by sharks over a 5 day period when Japan, sank the U.S.S. Indianapolis… these men were not just bitten, their heads were gone, every body part below the torso gone or completely eaten….. we had a few survivors of the attack, give their recap of the 5 days at sea and they are dead now, but they gave their testimony on video years ago & it’s jaw dropping.
LOL! The shark takes a bite and lets go once it determines that it’s a human it’s biting?! Tell that the the dead man that was eaten alive by a great white shark in Sydney, Australia a few yrs ago. Search it. It was horrific.
what are sharks supposed to do, touch the person with their hands? They have Razor teeth, they are predators.....they are curious by smell, so they bite. If they wanted to Attack, the person would be dead.
i will never be bitten by a shark because i am a coward. I only swim in swimming pools. At an ocean front, on the beach, i sit well away from the shore if not high up on a nearby hotel balcony to enjoy the view. Its so beautiful out there but those waters scare the sh* out of me. I honestly cannot describe the fear i have going into the ocean 🐤

Why isn't there a bell or some sort of loud speaker telling people TO GET OUT THE WATER, SHARKS ARE CLOSE?

Well Jaws was based on reality yes.

There’s also alligators and snakes that live in lakes. Let’s just stick to swimming pools 😂
Ameoba and other bacteria in improperly maintained swimming pools.
Lets just stick to the bathtub.

That shark sent that girl that was missing part of her thigh back to the lobby lol😂😂😂😂😂😂
Extremely rare
