Can we just appreciate the fact that they’re not sugarcoating friendships and saying it’s all rainbows and butterflies. Relationships are hard, especially friendships, sometimes the people you think are your “friends” aren’t. You might have the best times together but in the end if you need them they might leave you on your own, which hurts. This video portrayed that perfectly, and in an super cheerful and upbeat kinda way which is cool. I’m glad a group like TXT exists to show these kinds of struggles, no one can do it better than them.
I used to think why we fight with friends but it was only until I had a big fight with one of my closest friend and now we are still awkward with each other it was really a big misunderstanding caused by another of our friend

Beomgyu portrays the lyrics about that friend who's always left out, he keeps having hope of being cared for by his "friends" and getting the the love and appreciation he gives to them back :( Only to discover he was always an extra thst could be replaced. I'm definitely not crying--
aww i love how they’re portraying something a lot of people deal with in friend groups. *i feel like this song and mv is something a lot of people can relate with.* Beomgyu had always wanted to be friends with the rest of the boy so he inserted himself in the friend group. The issue is he hadn’t known them very long and the other boys already had a very strong bond, this made him almost like an outsider (or 5-th wheel) in the friend group. Unintentionally, the 4 other boys were leaving him out. You can see that they still cared a bit as they stopped their bikes and waited for him, but it wasn’t the same as when Yeonjun fell. When Yeonjun fell, they all showed concern and ran to help him up. While with Beomgyu, all they did was look back unconcerned, but they still waited. At that moment, Beomgyu began to realize everything. Before, he was blinded by the happiness he felt from making new friends. So, he didn’t even realize how much he was being excluded or how little the boys cared about him... until now. This reminds me of friend groups I my self had been in in the past. I was in a larger friend group but i was closer friends with 2 other people in the group. The issue is that the 2 of them had been friends since they were little kids. I felt like I had to work hard to be included and close with my 2 friends. I was very upset and felt alone. It felt like all my efforts to be close with both of them where useless. Luckily, I eventually gave up and ended up making friends where I didn’t have to try hard to be in included :) and i’m much happier now!

Me and my friends parted because we graduated and now study at different schools and I just can’t find my own group of friends in my school. I tried making friends but I didn’t like how the process of trying to make friends changed me into being fake and acting instead of being myself. I didn’t like it at all. Believe me, it’s better to be alone and be yourself than being around people that don’t know you for who you are. I hope time will come and I’ll have good people as my friends.
I hope you get quite a few but genuine friends. To anyone, trust me, you don't need to be popular, you don't need to have a huge friend list. The feeling of confiding and having a very strong bond with 2-3 people whom you could trust A LOT is fulfilling enough.

This is such a sad and actually relatable MV because, believe it or not, this happens a lot. Not just me, not just the people in the comment section, but a lot of people. That time when you always watch the "cool kids" be the "main characters" of the school. You don't have the confidence to walk up to them and join but you really do want to be their friend. One day, you get the chance to be in their friend group and, in a spur of confidence, you take it. Beomgyu took that chance when he threw the ball in the hoop instead of just returning it to them and continue watching. The first moments with them feel unreal. You're hanging out with the people that always had that spotlight over their heads that made them so bright and untouchable. This is what you always wanted. This is what Beomgyu wanted. But it's not. He wanted that but it wasn't happening. They hung out but the difference was obvious. He was still the extra. The supporting role. The "friend" in title only. The "friend" who's only purpose is being a friend and nothing else. But it's what he _wanted._ Could you blame him for still hanging out with them? For pretending they cared about him? All the moments when he was being happy and feeling like he was having fun with them was just a fantasy. At 3:28 he starts to realise it was all a lie and they never were truly beside him....he was behind them the whole time. He made himself think they were all being close to each other. He thought them comforting him after he fell was true, but sadly he woke up and saw them just staring at him, waiting for him to just help himself. That's when reality actually hits and his eyes go wide and he just sits there going over his memories with them, but without his fantasy blocking it. Then he gets up and just stands there. He's finally aware, but now it's up to him to either stay with them even though he doesn't belong or just leave & have no one to be with.

Beomgyu feels left out even though he's apart of their friend group. The others are really close to each other, unlike him, so he always there but left behind. And you can see he feels awkward, but still hangs with them because he probably doesn't want to be alone. He's always watching and see how they laugh and enjoy themselves just with 4 of them. You see how when the times they notice him, their expression change? Like the ball went to him and they face went straight, same for when he fell off his bike...they didn't help him like with Yeonjun. But they waited. So he's like a 3rd wheel with 2 people. His presence to them is invisible, but still there.
Lyric/mv Analytics: The boys keep repeating the word drama. At first they were saying "This is my drama", regarded towards Beomgyu talking about himself. That was when he was having fun and not having a care in the world. But in the mv you notice how he started to notice he's not there with the boys and just doesn't belong. So that main character role is taken from him. And he now just feels like a supporting character. An extra who doesn't really stand out, but still has a title. Like the different roles of a drama. Even though it's his life. So that's why the lyrics change to "You have a supporting role, This is your drama". You meaning Beomgyu and your meaning the other 4. Its saying that he isn't a main character in his life anymore, he's just supporting and the 4 boys are just the main characters so it's their drama now.

when yeonjun fell backwards while leaning on the couch, soobin's help him. so, beomgyu thought this is why we need friends. they will help us no matter what. but, when beomgyu fell off the bike while riding it, beomgyu imagine all of his friends will help him too and take care of him but ends up all four of them just watched from afar without intending to help him.
It’s sad because this actually happens a lot it’s like a message to show that friends won’t always be how you imagine them. Especially if your desperate to get them. From what i am understand with the mv : First, beomgyu sitting on the bench and watching others playing. The boys looks happy and he wants to join them. Then, he starts plays with other when he picked up the ball. From that, he became close with the boys Until yeonjun fall from the sofa, everyone helps him, beomgyu from the side smiling and looking relief because (he thinks that everyone will help him when he fall) - like a main character, everyone will help him no matter what (he thinks like that) just like HE IS IN A DRAMA. Then one incident that beomgyu fall from the bicycle, he suddenly imagine everyone will take care of him and loves him - but it turns out not what him expecting. Then he realized, he is not the main character. He is alone actually when he's with the boys (the flashback scene come after he realized that) He is just AN EXTRA CHARACTER. THAT JUST HIS DRAMA (his drama when he thinks that he is the main character in the drama)

The worst part is pretty much my whole life I was alone like Beomgyu. When you've been lonely for a long time, you might not even realise it, but you feel so lifeless. And seeing friends being there for eachother but no one is there for you is really painful. What helped me was TxT ❤❤❤
they just portrayed what the song is about, being an extra, not having the spotlight in a Drama. Gyu is the extra here and the main character are the rest of the members. when he feel like he is already part of the main characters, he imagine that the members will help him when he fall in his bike just like how they help Yeonjun when he fall in the chair, but they didn't and that's how he realized that he is still an extra in the story, no one will care if he is still there or not. and this story is very relatable in this group of age, it reminds me of my own experience back in my highschool days. we are indeed growing up with TXT,

Theory: I think Can't You See Me era takes place after this. At first only 4 of them were friends except for Beomgyu. So only Soobin, Yeonjun, Taehyun and Kai were friends But Soobin did something wrong, but he didn't tell the others. Then Taehyun starts getting suspicious that Soobin did something wrong cos in the concept photos of Taebin we see the text 'suspicious'. Meanwhile Beomgyu didn't have friends so he wanted friends, so maybe Soobin threatened him to do what he says if he wants to be in the group. So Beomgyu is basically under Soobin's control that's why in CYSM mv when Soobin throws the glass from the table, Beomgyu also falls in the bed in the same angle and direction. And then he chokes Taehyun which maybe Soobin told him to do cause he doesn't want anyone to know he did something wrong. Idk if this makes sense lol. I used to have a group of “friends” I would hang out with and it was only because they were the only people who would talk to me. back then I wouldn’t talk at all, but I wouldn’t consider myself a mute. now that I think of it, those people probably only used me for school related work. This made me remember the fake friends i had in 1st grade... They talked to me only when i had good food in my lunch box.... Other than that, i was invisible. I was like beomgyu in the past, an outcast who'd constantly try to fit in but never could. Thankfully I stopped trying too. Eventually I found my own friend circle of people who are all as weird as I am, where I'm important and appreciated and where I don't have to change myself to be accepted. I think we all are outcasts somewhere, but it's important to remember that your life is more than that. You should accept yourself first cause once you're comfortable in your own skin, you'll be the lead of your own drama.

Can we just appreciate the fact that they’re not sugarcoating friendships and saying it’s all rainbows and butterflies. Relationships are hard, especially friendships, sometimes the people you think are your “friends” aren’t. You might have the best times together but in the end if you need them they might leave you on your own, which hurts. This video portrayed that perfectly, and in an super cheerful and upbeat kinda way which is cool. I’m glad a group like TXT exists to show these kinds of struggles, no one can do it better than them.

Beomgyu had always wanted to be friends with the rest of the boy so he inserted himself in the friend group. The issue is he hadn’t known them very long and the other boys already had a very strong bond, this made him almost like an outsider (or 5-th wheel) in the friend group. Unintentionally, the 4 other boys were leaving him out. You can see that they still cared a bit as they stopped their bikes and waited for him, but it wasn’t the same as when Yeonjun fell. When Yeonjun fell, they all showed concern and ran to help him up. While with Beomgyu, all they did was look back unconcerned, but they still waited.
At that moment, Beomgyu began to realize everything. Before, he was blinded by the happiness he felt from making new friends. So, he didn’t even realize how much he was being excluded or how little the boys cared about him... until now.
This reminds me of friend groups I my self had been in in the past. I was in a larger friend group but i was closer friends with 2 other people in the group. The issue is that the 2 of them had been friends since they were little kids. I felt like I had to work hard to be included and close with my 2 friends. I was very upset and felt alone. It felt like all my efforts to be close with both of them where useless. Luckily, I eventually gave up and ended up making friends where I didn’t have to try hard to be in included :) and i’m much happier now!

Such a relatable MV tbh. This actually has an important message that many people already talked about in the comments. I actually relate to this partially. Me and my friends parted because we graduated and now study at different schools and I just can’t find my own group of friends in my school. I tried making friends but I didn’t like how the process of trying to make friends changed me into being fake and acting instead of being myself. I didn’t like it at all. Believe me, it’s better to be alone and be yourself than being around people that don’t know you for who you are. I hope time will come and I’ll have good people as my friends.

This is such a sad and actually relatable MV because, believe it or not, this happens a lot. Not just me, not just the people in the comment section, but a lot of people. That time when you always watch the "cool kids" be the "main characters" of the school. You don't have the confidence to walk up to them and join but you really do want to be their friend.
One day, you get the chance to be in their friend group and, in a spur of confidence, you take it. Beomgyu took that chance when he threw the ball in the hoop instead of just returning it to them and continue watching.
The first moments with them feel unreal. You're hanging out with the people that always had that spotlight over their heads that made them so bright and untouchable. This is what you always wanted. This is what Beomgyu wanted.
But it's not.
He wanted that but it wasn't happening. They hung out but the difference was obvious. He was still the extra. The supporting role. The "friend" in title only. The "friend" who's only purpose is being a friend and nothing else.
But it's what he _wanted._ Could you blame him for still hanging out with them? For pretending they cared about him? All the moments when he was being happy and feeling like he was having fun with them was just a fantasy. At 3:28 he starts to realise it was all a lie and they never were truly beside him....he was behind them the whole time. He made himself think they were all being close to each other. He thought them comforting him after he fell was true, but sadly he woke up and saw them just staring at him, waiting for him to just help himself. Lyric/mv Analytics: The boys keep repeating the word drama. At first they were saying "This is my drama", regarded towards Beomgyu talking about himself. That was when he was having fun and not having a care in the world. But in the mv you notice how he started to notice he's not there with the boys and just doesn't belong. So that main character role is taken from him. And he now just feels like a supporting character. An extra who doesn't really stand out, but still has a title. Like the different roles of a drama. Even though it's his life. So that's why the lyrics change to "You have a supporting role, This is your drama". You meaning Beomgyu and your meaning the other 4. Everytime I hear they sang "Kimi no drama" ..I always listen as "give me no drama" fr

The worst part is pretty much my whole life I was alone like Beomgyu. When you've been lonely for a long time, you might not even realise it, but you feel so lifeless. And seeing friends being there for eachother but no one is there for you is really painful. What helped me was TxT ❤❤❤
they just portrayed what the song is about, being an extra, not having the spotlight in a Drama. Gyu is the extra here and the main character are the rest of the members. when he feel like he is already part of the main characters, he imagine that the members will help him when he fall in his bike just like how they help Yeonjun when he fall in the chair, but they didn't and that's how he realized that he is still an extra in the story, no one will care if he is still there or not. and this story is very relatable in this group of age, it reminds me of my own experience back in my highschool days. we are indeed growing up with TXT,

Theory:
I think Can't You See Me era takes place after this. At first only 4 of them were friends except for Beomgyu. So only Soobin, Yeonjun, Taehyun and Kai were friends But Soobin did something wrong, but he didn't tell the others.
Then Taehyun starts getting suspicious that Soobin did something wrong cos in the concept photos of Taebin we see the text 'suspicious'.
Meanwhile Beomgyu didn't have friends so he wanted friends, so maybe Soobin threatened him to do what he says if he wants to be in the group.
So Beomgyu is basically under Soobin's control that's why in CYSM mv when Soobin throws the glass from the table, Beomgyu also falls in the bed in the same angle and direction.
And then he chokes Taehyun which maybe Soobin told him to do cause he doesn't want anyone to know he did something wrong.

sad I can relate to this. I used to have a group of “friends” I would hang out with and it was only because they were the only people who would talk to me. back then I wouldn’t talk at all, but I wouldn’t consider myself a mute. now that I think of it, those people probably only used me for school related work. I was like beomgyu in the past, an outcast who'd constantly try to fit in but never could. Thankfully I stopped trying too. Eventually I found my own friend circle of people who are all as weird as I am, where I'm important and appreciated and where I don't have to change myself to be accepted. I think we all are outcasts somewhere, but it's important to remember that your life is more than that. You should accept yourself first cause once you're comfortable in your own skin, you'll be the lead of your own drama.
