i think you're extremely underrestimating steem He's a 6/6 scout unit that often has elusive, fearsome or overwhelm. Scout had to be removed from the keyword pool for how strong it is with additional keywords That goes for Vora too, a 3/3 with a random keyword isnt bad
at least bard has a passive with his chimes... evelyn gets nothing... then again though they were afraid of making her too powerful so they removed the slay part of killing the husks so now they suicide (to avoid slay decks getting buffed with evelyn)... which is probably why her runeterra ability does nothing extra... they were afraid of her being too good so they made her weak instead..
