Manoj, couple of things: GHCL Text, reserves are not retained earnings. I think, parent Co has transferred assets like land, building, machinery to GHCL Text. Accordingly equity and reserves are created. The valuation of assets is subjective. The reserves, the Co has created cannot be used for business expansions due to illiquidity. Moreover, the promoter holding is 19% only. How do you view this w.r. t your exposure and the potential to grow.
I feel the same as spinned off company gets reserves in from of land, machinery etc ..

One such case where spin off did well compared to parent entity is TCI Express. TCI also doing well but a slower rate.
