Ingredient List
1/4 Cup Oil
250 Gram Onion Cut in Slices,
1 Tbsp. Cummin Seeds
1 Tbsp. Coriander Flakes
2 Bay Leaf
2 Inch size Cinnamon
6 Cloves
10 Peppercorn
1 Black Cardamom
5 Round dried Red Chilli.Break in between
1 Tbsp.Ginger Chopped,
1 Tbsp. Garlic Chopped
1/2 Kg Chicken,
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp. Kashmeri Red Chilli
3 Medium Size Tomatoes Cut in small pieces
3 Green Chilli Cut in Between.
Garnish with Julienne Ginger and Coriander Leaves
