Adobo is nice, there are many different ways to cook it depends on your preference but I agree with you. Sinigang is my fav 😍 super love

F u're more into healthy,then 'sinigang' cuz it has veges green leaves &meat. Or lessen the pork remove the fat &mix it with shrimps or better yet all-seafood like put some shells to it or 'milkfish sinigang".. Adobo so overrated facts! Vry unhealthy too😊

Sinigang - this is a sour soup base dish. They typically use green/unripe tamarind fruit to make the soup base sour. It’s one of the easiest dish to make cus u literally just boil all the ingredients together. U can use any meat for this dish but pork, beef, salmon and shrimp are commonly used. Then u add veggies such as water spinach (can also potato leaves or bokchoy), daikon, taro, tomatoes, eggplant, onions, and sweet green chilies. U can also add okra.
I really like watching & listening to Felip talk about things he loves, he becomes very animated & happy! Thank you for these wonderful series of interviews we get to know his views & takes on things.

Noooo! Adobo is never overrated. Haha… but it’s the safest and friendliest dish you could ever offer to a non-Filipino. Sinigang is an acquired taste. Sisig is dope and the liver in menudo may be an adventure to some. Great recommendations as they all offer a unique experience on what the Filipino palate is like. 👍
