Ike (a Neville Goddard preacher from the 80's) say very eloquently: "God is the presence and power within me right now. God is the mastermind working through me now." I found it aligned with the truth you speak of. There is nothing to do, secure or attain. God is all there is, and in silence we come to know it.
I’ve been caught in a dichotomy of the power of creative imagination and embracing the infinite presence within. Neville Goddard teachings do emphasize I AM, but at the same time suggest you have a degree of control over your future circumstances.
How twinflames play their role at present ? Yep they keep let go their twin & everything comes on the way ! Yet keep doing inner work of self for years & go back to home. Can u make video on spiritual growth of twinflames so both can work with team 😁, ty sunny 😊
Thoughts are very real in the sense that thoughts happen. Thoughts aren’t consistent therefore they aren’t “real”. Look for what is there all the time. Awakening isn’t a one time and done deal. Every moment you realize you were lost in thoughts and the attention goes back to you aka awareness, it’s awakening.
Sunny, why is the ego so much against us, who we truly are? I feel as though my ego hates me and constantly causes me one physical problem after another. It’s distracting me all the time from being who I want to be, which is FREE from the body, from the negative thoughts and beliefs. Why is it so strong?
I am new to this, and I experienced something "strange" after ending the meditation... I noticed that I had a flood of anxiety and fear press upon me, which wasn't there until the moment I ended the meditation. I want to know why this happened, but I'm also wondering if that desire to know is a "trap". I'm also wondering if doing this meditation with a "wrong" motive is possible, for example out of trying to distance myself from that fear or anxiety by doing lots of meditation and reducing the time available for those feelings (which I think I can discern that if the fear is produced or attached by something that isn't me, then there's no need to "escape" it other than to realize I'm not truly needing to escape what can simply be recognized as not worth paying attention to).
Hi Sunny, I have a question. My mind is so chattering. There is almost always a song playing in my mind that prevents the silence of my mind. when i wake up in the morning it starts playing, songs change but almost never stop. can you suggest something about it and how to calm the mind, thank you

I have been a witness 24/7 but thoughts still do come when thoughts will completely stop and there will be completely silence
