Goethe, telc or dsd all are valid, but I think goethe is internationally recognized, certificates from academy aren't recognized mostly

While applying for TU Darmstadt, did you upload Passport on TU Darmstadt website? If yes then only the front page or both front page and last page?
When I applied they asked for the passport only prior to the entrance exam on moodle, I uploaded both the sides

Bachelor course I believe is German taught, Masters course is English taught and only ielts is required for masters

Look into the Modulhandbuch or the syllabus to know the language of instruction for individual subjects

The course started on april 11th for me and enrolment was done online when I paid the semester contribution and provided them my health insurance data but yes they allow the students to come late due to visa delays

I think you would be asked to write an entrance examination as well, you could also mail the University to confirm your eligibility beforehand

While filling the form they have asked for "Appendix Equivalence Table " document.
What does it mean?. Do we have to prepare a table with courses that we learnt in engineering. Can you please help with this query and give example. It will be help full. Thanks a lot.
There should be a pdf to download and it will contain the subjects that they need and you have to fill in your Bachelor subjects and the corresponding credits and your grade

Yes, you will get the list of documents at the end of your application. I believe they ask you to upload your passport during the application now.

Never send originals you have to send them notarized copies

Is it for Aerospace engineering? Once you have completed the application, there should be a page with a list of documents that you have to tick
