Gre isn't a requirement in most of the Universities here, so for tu darmstadt aerospace engineering course entrance exam is the only way, I haven't taken up gre so I don't know the difficulty compared to the entrance

Goethe, telc or dsd all are valid, but I think goethe is internationally recognized, certificates from academy aren't recognized mostly

Generally receiving a response from the University for admission can take more than a month after the deadline. APS also takes atleast a month I believe

Some universities do ask for it, check the required documents during application or you could mail the University as well

I think you would be asked to write an entrance examination as well, you could also mail the University to confirm your eligibility beforehand
