These plants are legal in the netherlands, but expensive. Like between 200 and 500 euros, but then you have a big plant. You could chew leaves all day.
Coffee cherries are like that. I tasted one at a coffee plantation in western Panama. It's basically a slightly sweet and waxy skin stretched over a big seed, the coffee bean. Not at all an appealing thing to eat.
I am surprised that you tried the berry. There are some plants that have toxic leaves but edible stalks (like rhubarb); some plants like elderberry where at certain times the berries are toxic. I mean, please be careful. One question though - I know mountain climbers in south America use these leaves to help with high elevations - did your tongue feel numb after eating the leaf? Just curious.
Apparently plants leaves are illegal in Australia yet people still claiming selling tea and liquor made from it so I'm suspicious it's not the real deal in Oz . Kratom, legal now in thailand is something that may be of interest to you.
I worked around people that got high off the leaves. They would put a chaw in and take a swig of rum. They would make sure the alcohol had time to dissolve out the good stuff. Then they would let the mixture absorb through their mouth without swallowing it. Of course their gums and teeth were totally trashed and looked 30 years older than they were. They were addicted and they couldn't sleep or stop. Then there was the tea that had the same effect.
We in the Netherlands can order cocaplant online but you cant grow Them outdoor thay are not coldhardy and you need a lot plants leaves to get a single gram. Poppy you can grow easy in the Netherlands but need hectares and the sun must be higher for a good product. if you taste the juice that also has effect in the Middle Ages, poppy milk was made from it.
Tests showed that it is the variety of opium poppy that determines how good it is, not the climate. In WWII the British tested Scottish opium and it was as high in morphine, codeine and papaverine as that grown in Burma. The only difference being that only one harvest was possible per year in Scotland rather than three. It was commonly grown in gardens in the UK for a home supply of cough and pain medicine in the 18th and 19th century. I once saw a 19th century house demolished in winter and the next summer the vacant lot was covered in a carpet of pale lilac opium poppies whose seed had lain dormant in the soil for a century. The seeds only germinate when they see light.

Chewing and eating the leaves is probably more healthier for you than sniffing the petrol, cement and caustic soda soaked white powder.
Where can buy it need try it almost turning 30
Is that açai palm on your background?
You didn't bother to chew enough to get a buzz? What was the point?
It works really good against altitude sickness, that's why people use it so much :)
Me: "Hey, why not do a Kratom leaf review video"
WFE: "Eh...I dont know..."
Opts for the Coca Leaf....
LOL
"
where is this place? looks nice
“It’s not addictive”
*literally half a second later*
“People do it ALL the TIME”
Is there some other definition of addictive I don’t know?
All jokes aside, what you do is very impressive and brings joy to many people (including me). Keep up the good work!
Natural coca leaves don't really give a stimulant high that different than kola or cocoa. That only changes when you concentrate it. The stimulant properties of caffeine turn negative when you concentrate it, while coca is different. Just a FYI for people who don't realize this.
Speaking of seed(s), can you coffee it?
This grows as a weed here in Hawaii. There is a big bush in the lot next to mine. I put some in my morning shake but didn't notice anything. Maybe chewing is the only way.
Dylan T chew the leaves with something like edible lime or ash or even baking soda to activate it
@@spyorgclubbord9520 I'll stick with coffee
Ha really? You're not allowed to grow it, but you can forage it then.
@@WeirdExplorer im told there are a few known spots near me where it grows in big fields and it's visited by people who like to chew. But I haven't been there. it's off road.
Dylan T it’s actually safer on the body than coffee and has some health benefits
Chewing the leaf, The effects it gives is comparable to coffee.. and numbs your mouth but thats about it oh yes and its addictive but slowly over time the leafs have to be dried
OMG COCAINE. I've seen a video, in an airport they gave 3 coca leaves to chew to every tourist
it must be an airport at a high altitude, people swear by using coca as a cure for altitude sickness
@@WeirdExplorer this is late but when I went to Cusco the airport had a bowl of dried coca leaves on a table at the ramp when you got off. It honestly helped a lot because I was very lightheaded when I got off the plane
Where can I get some Coco leaf seed
“Grazing” is a term I will now use for my addictions. Using tea or coffee regularly is an addiction. Chewing the leaves regularly is an addiction. Otherwise nothing is an addiction.
Cheese was the hardest addition to break. It would always call me back. Thankfully nasty vegan cheeses alleviated that need.
No More for me hummus and yeast substitute most of the cheese need for me but I too struggled quitting cheese more than any drug I have quit.
Behind the scene.... He chews on a whole tree and was grinding his teeth for 2 hrs😂😂
So is d berry or leaf more likely to get u bit high, if at all?? I've never tried cocaine but wld sure like to do d natural form 😝🎵👍
The leaves, berry is not used for a stimulant
I'm glad you were so tactful about the topic.
Very pretty though. That coca tree has a pleasing shape and color and those shiny red berries really add that extra pretty factor.
@@SY-ok2dq 😊👍
I am surprised that you tried the berry. There are some plants that have toxic leaves but edible stalks (like rhubarb); some plants like elderberry where at certain times the berries are toxic. I mean, please be careful. One question though - I know mountain climbers in south America use these leaves to help with high elevations - did your tongue feel numb after eating the leaf? Just curious.
The leaves are an amazing medicine 💚
My man Jared is the best, making all these videoz for us to learn more about fruit
Apparently plants leaves are illegal in Australia yet people still claiming selling tea and liquor made from it so I'm suspicious it's not the real deal in Oz . Kratom, legal now in thailand is something that may be of interest to you.
Can you notice the "Walking Tree" behind Jarred? 2:40
If you have to have a trash bag full .... guess what? _you're ADDICTED._
Hi @wild explorer ,u were at Seychelles, mahe while filming this video , urgent reply plz bro
I wonder why are they always chewing the leaves.
How can I get seed
It's not addictive I see people in Bolivia walking around with garbage bags full of coca leaves to chew on... definitely not addictive 😆😆
So basically, if made concentrate it would be the Night Howlers to human like in Zootopia?
Why do you think the people are chewing the leaf constantly? lol! They're addicted to it.
In Australia we never eat wild red berries.
