A better view of the Phoenix mall can be seen from the Western Avenue main gate. From here almost 70-80% of construction is visible.

Well well this super development of Pune city thanks to all the leniency of the supremos! What is the plan about waste management? The water management? The traffic management? Yeah these arent the vloggers concerns!! I mean this development should equally take place in each and every state, district of India lets see below example

3.Bihar needs such development!!
4. Jharkhand
5. West Bengal!!
If each and every state above mentioned and respective vloggers talk about this a lot of migration and thereby lot of traffic and crowds can be held back.... Pune has been destroyed by fake development plans its just going to long lines of vehicles and humongous pollution

Hi Sumit. I located the correct spot with the help of builders for WTC. I could not see constructions going on but you can check Ashwani Kumar's comment and he has confirmed for WIP.

WTC ka Kuch bharosa nhi, WTC Noida m logon ke paisa phans gya h, or uski completion ki bhi koi guarantee nhi h, returns has stopped, cancellation bhi nhi kar rhe Hain, assured returns ke Naam pe high price m sale karte Hain,
WTC work has been stalled now, even the WTC hoarding has been removed.

We already booked property with these fake news but later came to know all the information is fake and cancelled the booking. many cp and youtubers are spreading these lies...why didn't tell you about Garbage Dump Yard that's also coming to west Pune in Punewale.

Hey, looking at the location of this project on Mumbai Highway and upcoming, WTC, Eon and Phoenix may help for price hike in future. Suggest you to visit MHADA project as well which is exactly beside Rohan Ananta.
