How to fix a tablet not charging not powering on

Can we use anything else than contact spray? something similar and easily available?
Secondly, my headphones are new there is no rust or any kind of debris in it? it is not charging. like current flows (the wire overheats - tried with other cables too same issue) but headphones not charging...

You really need to connect through a USB meter so we can check voltage and current before doing anything else.
