Never know could be good who wouldn't believe real estate agents!! Best thing ever is owning property in oz and doing frequent trips to bali, me i like resorts no interest in buying property over there my opinion each to their own respect all
I'd hate to say it, but I see in 10 years it won't be the cheap place to live as it has been for years. Bali is getting educated, charging more taxes and it will only go up from here. Enjoy it while it lasts.
And u never really own the land only the house u pay for. And as many Aussies are seeing now the originals are claiming the land and bypassing govt leases and taking ppls houses they built now as well. Some ppl built houses worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and brick so can’t be relocated. Thanks for the middle man now ppl own nothing and are homeless here in Oz. And the originals have a free house and land.
I myself am married to a Javanese lady. We live in Australia but have two properties in jakarta and recently purchased a beautiful home outright in North Bali in Singaraja. Beautiful low key area and we have our house around 50m fromthe happy beach area. 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2 storey. Coost me $60gs Aus 3 years ago and is on 2 are of land. I have a domacile letter from the local chief and bought a car and new Honda 160. Life is awesome here and I love to get there if I can. If you ever wanted to do a promo on the North end of Bali, I can make my place available to you to do so. I will be coming back from Thailand to Singaraja in the last 2 weeks of November to do Bathroom upgrades if you wanted to meet up and stay at our place.
So what happens if the company, Yaran Property Group, goes belly up in the future ? Is the lease for my life, or the life of this company ? Got to admit it, I think I will be more comfortable knowing I have some control over my retirement fund, rather than a property development company.
I'd be more worried about the local government changing the laws to make this illegal. Indonesia is very protective of their land and they're very quick to close loopholes.
No such thing as lease for life. His PMA company can only hold 30+20+30 for a maximum of 80years. But what happens if the Ramada is no more the tenant as they don’t own the land.
My main concern would be the ever changing rules associated with moving to Bali. I have no idea how to be able to stay for 12 months..... Let alone live there.....
@@bradtaylor77No thing can own land except an Indonesian citizen. PT PMA can have a lesser title for a maximum of 80years. Normal lease is 30 years then renewal.
He said you are covered by Australian law? Australian law does not apply in Indonesia. Your lease for life is just an agreement with that company. If the company goes belly up or Indonesia changes the regulations the law will not save you.
Im glad you pointed out that the senior legal firms in both Australia and Indonesia know less than you.. Please direct me to your website so i can get more informed knowledge.
@ Maaf, I was only pointing out a simple fact as some people may think that Australian law overrides Indonesian law. Fact is even this company cannot own the land. They could have an Indonesian partner who owns the land or have a PMA with their company in Bali but they still cannot own the land
Sssh about the FIFO WORKERS MUZZA, in WA, it's already a 3 tier economy.. due to the mining fraternity 😢 They tend to leave the genuine purchaser in their wake, unfortunately. Sad.
It's a hotel room, a very small hotel room - who would want to live in that tiny box for life? I have enjoyed most of your previous information videos but you have now sold out to corporate sponsorship.
Disappointed that Yaran didn’t say they were being done for pensioners as they were going on about affordable living for pensioners and the high cost of living in Australia for them.
Hello from CA. Beautiful property, love all options in Bali! Great people & delicious food!
MUZZA, YOUR RESEARCH & WORK IN MAKING EVERY VIDEO IS FIRST CLASS,THANK YOU..

when the old bloke speaks the young bloke nods his head
Sounds great Thanks for Sharing a great Video ❤
It's like living on a permanent cruise ship balcony cabin. Cruisers will love it.
I absolutely love this idea.
Mmmmm Don't know?
Sounds good but also a bit suss.
Muzza hiding his Bintang in the coconut for the video shoot...
Fantastic idea
Surely in a development of that size a single water treatment plant that fed potable water to all the apartments would be more efficient?
I would love to be able to live here in Bali ❤
It's a great stepping stone to Java possible up for sale
Can park 70 bikes under cover 😂

@@anthonyhunt561 A foreign owned PMA can own land, the PMA buys the land and leases in indefinitely to the foreign buyer.

@@michaelblack2334 Correct. I smell a shonky scheme.
Hope Yaran made a generous donation to your charity
They are helping us build 2 classrooms at the school in Jimbaran
Be fair, yes they did and yes they are
