Hello. I have question, maybe you know, from time to time on my Volvo D6 when im trying to switch to pure mode it writes that temporary pure mode is not available due to limitations. After some time when i drive on diesel engine pure mode is coming back. I want to clarify, this is happening when battery is fully charged and outside temperature was 17 Celsius. I have made diagnostic and there is no errors in hybrid system.
@@ВсеобоВсем-я6и6я yes, they do have that from time to time. That can be a software bug, or an attempt to regenerate the dpf. It will also refuse to drive electric if the diesel is to old (but first you get 5 or 7 days before that a warning to use the diesel engine to consume old diesel. Its not a problem. If that happens, and you realy want to drive electric, then turn of the car, open driver door. And close it. Wait for the clonks of the high voltage contactors in the trunk and then turn the car back on. That will normaly do the trick.
@RCtrialTim At first would like to thank you for answer. About software bug, if i understood correctly volvo dealer can check if there are some software updates for control units, right? Regarding the regeneration of dpf, are there any indirect signs by which to understand that the car started the regeneration of dpf? on the account of the old diesel, I did not know this, thank you for the information. Ah, yes and thank you for the hint, i will try this next time.
@@ВсеобоВсем-я6и6я as far as I know, there is no software fix for that bug. During dpf clean, if the battery is low, it will use the ISG to charge the battery to around 50%. Consumption on the highway will be around 10L as its needed to create enough heat to regenerate the dpf. At a certain point, if canceld enough, the car will always drive on diesel until the dpf has a full regeneration cycle completed.

@@alikaba3681 elektrisch? Lagere snelheid betekend een iets hoger bereik. Maar als je te veel moet starten en stoppen, dan blijft dat rond de 90km.
Ik wil ook een range extender. Kan je er eentje bij mij inbouwen of geef je ook trainingen Tim?
