Cool build Brian. Keep in mind anything that is on the exterior of the van will take abuse from weather and debris at some point. So, take a close look at where you mounted the air compressor and make sure it's safe from rocks and mud hitting the tank. You may want to see if Dad can help you fashion a small aluminum skid plate for under it. Looking forward to seeing where the van takes you. Cheers!

BKXC I’m interested in the compressor too. Plan on doing the same in my van
Wow that really was quick and it looks good too.
Thanks!
Anything to get him Out of the house
Lol are you really letting your dad do all the work? He is awesome! Cherish that old man!
Step 1: hire professionals to do everything
The guy is too good looking to actually work.
😂
It's going to be funny when something goes wrong on a trail in the mountains with no cell phone service and he has an air compressor but has no clue how it's built so he can't fix anything. Except for the backup camera. He knows how that's wired...maybe
Nice positive energy! Thumbs up for that. Cool looking van (from the lot). Van built... as long as you are happy with it :-)
9:52 thought Goofey was there! 😉
JESUS CHRIST! THANK YOU FOR GETTING AN AIR COMPRESSOR!
I have one with a 2.5 gal tank. I've filled so many tubeless tires.
Haha nice!
How much did it cost and you didn’t even show the whole finished van!!! B
Gina Vanbeck,
Just what I was going to say...
What happen to the walkthrough and how much did it cost????? 🤔
I'm guessing they did show the entire interior.
Gina Vanbeck I WAS THINKING THE SAME! Like WAIT! Where’s the tour of the final results! And how much!!!! But nice video!
He's not done with the finish work.

That's most of what that company did.
I'm assuming his daddy will install the final systems later on
That site has some serious typos. 'If you're in need of a van to go along with this conversion we have new vans avaialble' makes me cringe.
Wow. That is quite the contrast compared to Alex's build. Really looking forward to seeing it completed. It's crazy how spacious and clean it looks right now.
Yeah, won't last for long!! It'll be nice and cluttered.
Not really a 4 hour build but a professional install where he did nothing and just watched smh
I can't part w/ my 4wd but am trying to pay it off ASAP so I can do a van build on the side, this is great motivation!
Nice!!! DO IT
Dude...did you..like..do ANYTHING on your own van?
No way!
Give credit where due, i.e., earn and pay the money! That is doing SOMETHING!! Lol!
That is awesome build and I bet the extras will not disappoint...
I hope so!
Where did you get the mounts for the roof rack?
Mobile Living in Concord
I also would love to know what brackets you used? Your roof rack looks great!
Your dad does great work!
You could have done all that work but quality of life dictates letting the experts do what they are good at. Awesome build!
Yep, I'm glad to have my Dad helping out a ton and the Wayfarer guys knocking it out so quick!!
Everything is easy, when someone else is doing it.
Big time!
Awww, man. You were in Colorado Springs and I missed you. The van looks AMAZE-BALLS, Brian. Those folks did a great job.
They are the real deal pros!
Yo Brian how much did the whole build cost if you don’t mind me asking I’m stuck on a van or a truck and trailer lol
Link in the description to all their different builds!
Thats awesome! Looks like a nice kit and for them to hammer it out in a day is even better. Enjoy the new goods.
Most definitely! Thanks Eric
A good how not to video! didn't even see the finished van.
wayfarervans.com/select-a-van/
Their kits are just to quickly get most of it done. I'm sure his dad will install the rest & more videos to describe each step of the way to fill in his site
Likely gonna need some more overhead cabinets and a foot pump (or mini electric pump) to replace the sink hand pump, but pretty impressive for 4hrs!
We're building out some cabinets now! Yep, the hand pump is pretty crappy for washing your hands, already replaced it.
