The most relatable 'what I eat in a day video' I've watched so far. We basically eat the same stuff and yes to the meal planning. Been a fan of Ben since Chronicles of Narnia.
As a future dietitian nutritionist, I am so PROUD to finally see someone be so relatable when it comes to “what I eat in a day”. The variety of the foods and he is a great example of all foods fit in your eating habits!! 👏🏽👏🏽 thank you Ben Barnes!!
Well I think there's a big difference between sugary cereals and the "simple" ones ? Still very full of sugar but I guess the difference is quite big anyway

pretty sure he's MGTOW, never married and like 40+..... source: I'm from the same place in England and actually pretty sure we're related. Either way I've heard he's happy single pringle. My great-grandad's name is Barnes or something and I'm pretty sure that's his grandad. Might be another Barnes in the same location but what are the odds? He used to be big on Sunday Roasts I heard so I think there's an exception to the beef thing. We're all quite mad on gravy and something called a Yorkshire.
Whenever British people say they drink x many cups of tea, it makes me so happy and warm. It is so relatable as my Korean culture also does the same thing. I also know it's due to all the wonderful memories I have associated with tea and the conversations I shared my with friends.
Hahaha I will have 4 English breakfast teas in a day an earl grey at night and sometimes a sleepy tea as ben called it - I'm so British...also I don't drink coffee anymore hahahaha

That’s so… normal and relatable? I was expecting a weird celebrity diet of sorts lol but it turns out I muttered “same” more often than I thought I would
I see a lot of similarities between he and myself food-wise, forgetting lunch is so easy and having one particular food item get into your head until you get it and eat it is something I never knew anyone else would understand if it isn’t normal.
Ben: I don’t eat a lot of sweets… Ben: (…proceeds to list off all the sweets he nibbles on while staring wistfully into the distance…) Me: silently wishing I could bake all these sweets for this beautiful man…🫠
These are really interesting to watch to see how much different but then how much similar we can be culturally toward food. This was actually pretty relatable compared to most actors who are deep into diet culture. Apart from one or two comments (pasta at night etc...) that my former ED brain caught on, I felt as if he was describing my regular day of eating and drinking (eerie how it felt like me: coffee and non dairy milk in the morning, sleep drink/infusion at night, and then so much tea in between😍). I love how laid back and fun he is in every interview, he seems really genuinely nice, he is giving Keanu Reeves vibes a lot.
Love this food diary! So relatable! And I'm not British but I have always loved Jaffa cakes. And my favourite at a horse barn was called Jaffa sadly she passed away over 10 years ago, but the Jaffa cakes will always remind me of her and always be special to me. They're so nostalgic to me too. ❤
"Cheesecake factory is a nightmare for me." Has to be one of the most relatable things I've ever heard. (I love the food but good God the menu is endless.)

"I prefer eating to cooking." He is just like me in that regard. People always say they enjoy baking and cooking but it gets me tired because it takes a while to prepare especially when you're busy. Eating is the best. 😁
I feel ya! Especially when you live in the godawful tropics like I do and unless you have a very well-ventilated kitchen, stepping anywhere near a stove is going to leave you pouring with sweat
