Your videos motivate me to hustle. people don't understand that small jobs add up to big money through the month. With more foreclosed properties and neglected properties coming on to the market there will be more opportunities especially for foreign investors looking for a good landscaper to maintain the property.

If the first lawn took 20 minutes how much time is spent mowing with a stand on mower, and combined time weed, edge and blowing. It's currently taking me 20 minutes to mow 5,700 sq ft property with 1,000 sq ft home with single car garage. Then 15 minutes WEB (weed,edge,blow) for 35 min service time. I'm trying to decide if the stand on is going to be worth it.
What I’ve found is that for properties underneath 4k sqft, the stand on mower doesn’t save much time (if any). HOWEVER, it saves your body on fatigue. If I was a solo operator, I would purchase a stand on mower so that I could squeeze in an extra lawn or 2 per day due to my body not being as fatigued.
I'm guessing the crm you're switching to is copilot. I'm thinking about switching next year as well. Also, can you make a video on how you build up such dense route density? Or reply via comment on your strategy. I have a helper, and we mow about 100 lawns per week, going to do roughly 120-150k in revenue this year, looking to double next year. Which is why it would be nice if you went over your strategy for density. Thanks man.
