What a guitar.What a guitarist.
Beautiful. I need it.
THAT is gorgeous. And sounds WONDERFUL.......
I'm not usually into that much distortion. But in this example, it sounds fabulous.
What a lovely one piece rosewood fretboard... don't see many of those around anymore.
That SG got history and the guy got skills... Feeling a blues machine,😀love it! Stay away from the crossroads, the devil be after your SG before your soul,
Are one-piece fretboards a thing now? Haven't they always been made out of one piece of wood? Beautiful guitar!
GRAND NAGUS ZEK In 2012 the Custom Shop was using layered Rosewood boards due to sourcing issues. It was a big controversy that hurt sales and devalued the Historics made that year. So when Gibson fixed their sourcing issues, they made a point in follow on years to market that the boards were single piece again.
Oh, Boy, Bryan you can play...
Now that is gorgeous. Too bad you wouldn't let me see your website cos of GDPR.
Groovy
A Beauty ! very nice TY
What does "made to measure" mean?
Awesome demo. Love that guitar, but im going to have to buy a epiphone and add the vibrato because want to do some mods and dont want to ruin value.
Never have i seen that vibrato actually used, and now i am impressed.
そのギターを持ってます。
ただ、音質が硬いからあまり弾かない。
レスポールのヒスコレの方が音質が柔らかでスッキリしているんです。
Play the SG through different amps or use 25 watt Celestion greenback speakers.
What else ?
Can I use it on my les paul
So im not 100% sure, but from my understanding the Les Paul version of the tremolo system is going to be the Bigsby. Its similar, actually maybe a bit better looking too.
i need the tab from 1:00-1:30
Can you dive bomb on a vibrola?
YES! If you incorporate the "Gibson Mandolin String Post" winding method, make certain the string slots are cut precisely to the string gauge that you use and lube the nut slots and stretch the strings evemly it should never detune.
Frank Marino uses 08-09-12-15-26-38 gauge. Listen to his 76 live album.
Good work but slow down bit
What is that finish called
?
Looks like faded cherry. Had a '61 that looked just like that shade. Long gone now.
Antique natural
@@triglyceride1160 never.
Stained wood
I bought the tweedy Sg it was beautiful but that maestro vibrola is awful could not get it to stay in tune action was high took it to a tech said the angle of the neck was off only thing he could do is remove the maestro and put a stop tail abr1 decided to sell it and got a regular Sg standard instead sounds way better but that tweedy was so dammit gorgeous to bad it was not a player
HIDE GLUE!
One of the worst vibrato systems on the planet.
Tell Frank Marino that
What effects is he using on his amp to get that grind crunch effect?
Why do you say that? I honestly don't know. Never used these kinds of systems much
I disagree. It's one of the most temperamental and inconsistent systems, sure, but if you get a good one and not a lemon, it's pretty nice. Definitely not for dive-bombing though.
That exactly
