Hi lovely, every time I do my e-clean (exactly like you are doing) when it’s finished, I notice a decent amount of the citric acid has dried in the cleaning tank. I can’t use red caps to block the 2.5 ph exit hose because I have one of those faucets that has an indeed and let’s the 2.5 come out of the faucet on the side of the sink. At first it didn’t recognize the cleaning tank but then I manually pressed it in and the error message went away and it proceeded to the next steps. Did it for 3 hours twice and the solution is still sitting in the cleaning tank 😕
Hi. You have to block the hose from the sink. Try to block the hose with something else, not with red caps. Can be the cause of the problem. If you follow exactly the steps from our video, everything will be ok. I hope you get sorted out.

Can you help me figure out why the water from the cleaning tank is not emptying or getting sucked up at all when doing the cleaning? I've tried several troubleshoots such as unplugging, making sure the buttons in the back aren't stuck and so on with no luck.

Yes. We buy once in the year a box of cleaning powder with 24 sachets and one filter. This is the kangen machine expenses for a year, but it is well worth it.

Hi. If it happened to me, I would do it this way. I would remove the cleaning tank, wash it with tap water, add 2 bags of cleaning powder, water and repeat the cleaning process. Don't add the cleaning powder before you clean the cleaning tank. Thank you

I had the cap on the secondary hose and the solution was dripping out of the primary hose. This happened at about 30 min in. It’s now about an hour in and counting down but totally silent. The screen goes to sleep and it says “powering off” Then when touching the screen it wakes up and is counting down still as of it didn’t power off? Is this normal?
Hi. They recommend replacing the filter every six months, to get the best results possible. The machine has a mechanical counter and automatically displays the message " Replace filter" after around 6000 litres of incoming water
