Sally Nyolo est une chanteuse cameorunaise et la chanson est en dialecte eton (dialecte du cameroun). ce texte poignant met en valeur l'essence du bikutsi (dans camerounaise).la chanson parle de facon generale des joies et des peines des femmes et hommes.
En fait bien que la chanson soit en dialecte eton il ya des expressions utilisant des mots du dialecte beti (eton) tres populaires mais qui ont disparus aujourd'hui.de ce fait donner une traduction en francais pour cette chanson fera intervenir la sensibilte du langage de la personne qui traduit ( personne qui comprend le beti bien sur lolll !!)

First heard & watched this song on a very popular Zimbabwean TV programme way back in 1996 when I was a varsity student, went on to become a Chartered Accountant.Never forgot this gem of a song,firmly etched in my mind.Glad to be able to google for the meaning of the song , beyond the enchanting lyrics and melody.Added to favourites play-list..would love to put it on repeat during my occassional long drives.Merci Sally Nyolo !!
