Thank you, I can confirm this works :) For me, the settings did not show when I entered the Gboard permissions, instead, I had to search for Accessibility first and enable it, then searched for Permissions, and then turning off Android Setup and Google Play Services. From that point on, following your instructions I was able to regain access to the phone.

Settings did not show up in search like at 4:07 and like someone before me commented this was my workaround: I did not see settings so I searched for "permissions" which then had "app info (33 apps installed)" clicked on that which showed the settings icon, from there apps and notifications, and then I got the whole list which had android setup, google play services, and accessibility.
