Looks fantastic. I absolutely love my deluxe version (green one). I'm assuming these are the same other than the finish. I think they knocked it out of the park with these new colors.

I agree. Amazing guitars. I absolutely love the deluxe versions. The Death Speaker, and Spellcaster look awesome too!. I would love to see one up close. I would definitely throw lockers on it, then sit back and drool over it for days. Lol🤤

Hey Mike, any plans to get a PRS-esque guitar into the studio some day? I feel like you've had Chibsons and Chenders but I can't remember seeing any Chaul Reed Smiths yet -- wondering if you'd love it or hate it!

I thought the packaging sucked personally (easily damaged with the soft foam). Nice gig bag.
I ordered the green architect and got the violet flame? $130.00 difference! Gorgeous guitar but tuners are the worst I have had on any budget and needed more setup (intonation etc.) than any other guitar I have purchased. I kept it, but .... not my favorite experience.
Hopefully most won't have the same experience that I did.
Edit: Also, run your fingers up and down the sides of the fretboard, then look at the frets on both sides down the guitar toward the body while holding it flat. The frets on mine are nowhere near aligned. Very sloppy fret work!

Thanks for sharing. Mine cam in a huge 1st box with lots of packing. So I got lucky. Hopefully QC is mostly good. Hopefully, they pay attention.
I really want Leo Jaymz to succeed. It's a ton of guitar for the money.

Hey love all your videos man, wondering if you would ever review a chibson bass. I’ve been seeing more pop up recently but i haven’t seen any videos about them. Leery on trying one out so wondering what you would think about them. Have a good day!

Perhaps in the future. I'm just so picky when it comes to a bass. I'm a big Rick fan.

It reminds me of a Gibson top but not a cap, rather a veneer. It has a bit of depth.Much prettier in real life.

It's nice guitar for the price myself not a fan of active pickups I do like the bridge and basic nut as for locking nuts that just crushed and kinks your strings bad for tuning stability locking tuners aren't going to make better it's just a matter of a good made or crappy

    • @FultonStreetBeats
      @FultonStreetBeats  7 месяцев назад +2

I have to totally disagree. Good Locking do infact dramatically improve tuning stability. It is a huge dramatic increase in stability. You may not like them for other reasons. But making tuning bad is not a valid reason & 100% false. No windings equal better tuning. Everytime.

Whenever the company sends out a guitar for a review, it is always pretty sus; they can send one out that has had a lot more prep and care, smoothed fretboard no edge snags, even better pickups. When a person BUYS the guitar then it is less sus, as they are getting the same guitar as everyone else.

    • @Cypherdude1

At first, that's what I thought, a ringer. But if it came from Amazon maybe not. Their Tempest Deluxe for $309 only has a 3.2 Amazon rating which is very low. 4.2 is lowest you should go. It has rounded end cupronickel frets not stainless steel. The reviews say workmanship hit or miss, wiring poor.

So would you say this is a viable buy? Ive heard some mixed reviews and Quality control seems to be iffy?

    • @FultonStreetBeats

Personally, I love it. The reviewers that I know, and communicate with regularly have liked them also. However, some others that I don't know haven't. I had zero issues or problems. The fit and finish is also outstanding on my my example. Perhaps more time will shed light. I can only speak for my example. Hopefully, soon, I can get another to compare. Thanks for watching 🙂
