Excellent information, as a Pastor, I feel we don't focus on topics like this enough and that's one of the reasons why the feminist delusion is so prevalent. Because so many men, and women, weren't raised in a loving two parent household they have no point of reference on how to build a successful marriage and family. I've read the previous comments, and while it may be true that some women will never change, it's also true that many women could easily change their way of thinking if they met a Godly man who lived in a way that dispels the feminist lies. Our God given responsibility is to strive every day to be a Godly man, and be a positive influence to others, some will see us and learn, others won't
I was saved over 2 years ago and god has healed me so much from the breakup that came out of my new found faith, soon after then he found me a wonderful church, community and friends, a girl to pursue and has been growing my character so much. I'm still afraid of making those steps forward in moving out and starting life on my own though ngl. I feel so unprepared and a bit ashamed to still be with my dad at soon to be 25 but God also has us where we are in life for a purpose. He isn't rushing me out so soon but is a gentle father that helps move me one step at a time. God bless
Don't be ashamed by not moving out of your place at that age. I am 32 years old, single and still living at home. I made a conscious decision to stay there to help out my parents in these difficult times where things are getting more costly by the day. If I had left they would have to sell their home and downsize and then we would both be struggling financially because of inflation. We also believe that the end is near too so it only made more sense to stay together before that happened. I regret not leaving, Lord knows how I could have grown as a person, but I believe I would also regret it if I did, knowing the fact that my parents could have lost their dream home after working for 30 plus years. The problem is that life is unpredictable and as much as I try to make the right decision, it can also have its own blowback. Only time will tell how things will play out.
Best advice that was given to me is don't overthink what you're afraid of. This means just acting on what you know is what you should be doing and don't let your current "software" or "overthinking" start to stall you. I know I've fallen into this trap and I pray you don't as well.
That's amazing brother. God saved me last year by giving me a thirst to attend church again, which lead to the motivation to study harder, work out 4 times a week early morning, getting baptised and being surrounded but a great church and a God loving community. All in 5 months. So believe in the plans that God has for you and take it step by step. You can rush perfection😁
1. Relationship with Jesus (living theology) 2. Dream worth dying for 3. A kingdom to rule 4. A woman to pursue 5. A platoon to work with 6. A family legacy of love
I agree with most of your points, with the exception being letting the generation of women that have been corrupted by extreme feminists ideology stay single in their sin. God has a history of allowing a generation to wallow in their rejection of truth and starting fresh with the next. (Think Israelites, 40 years in the dessert, and The Land of Milk and Honey) We need the next generation of daughters that desire marriage to see that Godly men choose women who have a biblical passion to be suitable helpmates. Those that choose to give themselves over to the curse of Eve and desire the role of leadership should put their efforts into serving God in their singleness and not potentially corrupting the next generation. There is a place for them, just not leading a God fearing family. There’s redemption for those that desire a family, but that would require a lot of counseling from a qualified professional. Every year spent away from a God fearing father (or father figure) is a year a woman is subject to corruption from worldly views. I’m not saying it’s impossible, but from a forest standpoint it’s a losing battle. Men are the gatekeepers to family and women are the gatekeepers to childbearing. Women must hold men accountable to Biblical standards so they can raise strong sons. Men must keep women to those same standards so they can raise virtuous daughters.
I have to say I really agree with your point about a kingdom to rule. I do find myself frustrated and angry to tears because I know I'm not living this out they way I want to. My income is so bad right now despite going from warehouse to warehouse looking for something that fits for me. I do want marriage for the right reasons too but I know I need to be a dependable man first and it gets me so frustrated because I'm 32. I was planning to get an apartment this year but my car payments are just killing me with how high they are.
I have to say, in my case it seemed fruitless to save for a home, too, my income was, not close to United States middle class, But; When I got married I know and say in my heart, it will be by the LORD that I will have to abilities to do what he wants. Seven years later, I am in a very tough processing area of a packaging warehouse, I find myself exhausted every morning even on days off, but it is worth it, because I am convinced I am following the LORD's perfect will. Working nights allows me to be around, and awake for that critical moment at 06:59am when my children and my bride wake up. Every Sunday morning, my body is exhausted but I did what was needed, lead by example and attend church and serve the body of Christ anyway. Car payments were a choice into bondslave status for me and my family, everyone seems to make this mistake, so I too wish I was diligent to pay cash with a private party. We are the same, just different phases in our respective tasks. I am in a less than Ideal situation because I listened to my wife's parents about buying a home before we had enough savings too, so we rent-to-own, which again, feels like being a slave to a property management company. My own personal power and freedom is non-existent now, but as I submit to the LORD, I know my wife will submit to my decision making, only as long as I follow the perfect will of the Father, just as Christ does in the gospel. Hope my perspective makes sense of your situation. I would rather be a bondslave to Christ, rather than a debt slave to a lender. But God could be using that as a corrosive cleaner to dissolve my conceit.
Bottom line, TL;DR, even if I only live to 70 years Old, no retirement savings, it would have been worth it, to be the kind of person who invited everyone to the front door stoop, to share the reason for hope I have.
Me as a legally blind man with low vision I wouldn’t had accomplished things in life had I not tried putting forth effort. With Gods help all things are possible I might not succeed at some things but main thing is I put forth effort into trying. God wants us too step out on faith in life 🙂
Recently turned 21 and I was asking God to help me come across a strong support system of men that seeks to live a godly life and something that is geared towards male spiritual improvement and growth and I came across this channel recently. The 20s are the defining decade and young adult men learning from platforms as these and from older men who has the wisdom and experience is necessary so it can aid one with the help of the Bible and living it to step into his purpose once discovered and eventually achieve his destiny on the earth then to leave a good legacy. Blessings on this new channel Mark as this was an answered prayer. May you succeed in what God has called you do to and may he continue to use you to do his work.
Reaching 21 recently, the obstacles I'm facing are daunting, but I'm thankful to have Jesus with me. I enjoy your relationship advice videos, and I also enjoyed your new channel dedicated to men. I hope your message will touch the hearts of all the men. The fourth point was extremely accurate; men (*not all men*) nowadays consider women as their enemies, which upsets me; just because a few women are like that doesn't mean everyone is. We men require Godly wisdom and guidance that is based on the teachings of the Bible. Well, best wishes on your new channel, Mark, and may you grow and succeed in what God has called you to do.

The dream thing is so topical for me at the moment. What started at the age of 15 but was soon forgotten, revisited 10 years later then forgotten again and again 10 years later is finally becoming a reality 10 years later...30 years after the initial dream deposit! At 46 I've been 10 months into the process of making it happen and everything Mark is saying about the sacrifices needed is so true and the fear struggle around the fulfillment of it is even more real. It really makes me rely on God's power to open and close doors. All I need to do is have faith, take the necessary actions and trust God. Much easier said than done!
My mouth has been getting me into trouble lately. God! Please help me control my tongue by the power of the Holy Spirit which leads to life Please transform my heart and give me wisdom . Teach me to hold my tongue, to speak with love, and self control.
Mark this is GREAT! I actually save your videos in a Playlist I call "Christian men's dating advice" 😂😂. So you having a whole channel for men now is GREAT!!💪
Fantastic teaching...this is so desperately needed. I'm going to be sharing this video with male leaders in my singles group and at my church. This short video contains a bunch of meaty points each one of which could be the basis for an hour long small group discussion. I don't know of a book that I can recommend at this time on biblical manhood. I personally feel that times have changed so much since Wild at Heart was written that I've been looking for something else I can recommend for the men I care about. I know this is a big ask for a RUclips video comment but would you consider writing a book on this subject? I live in the Pacific NW and I see entire churches floundering such is the overwhelm of leaders in the areas of gender roles and relationships.
At my church Mens Ministry we are studying from a book called Maximize Manhood by Ed Cole. I suggest looking it up. Has helped in a lot of areas in my life as a man. A man suppose to be the Priest, prophet and Provider.
Fantastic video! The living theology point is definitely one I could improve in. Glad to see the new channel starting up. Really like the set design you’ve got here! 👍🏾
Living theology who would guess ?? I just say a man shall be praised according to his understanding. The fear of the Lord is the beginnings of wisdom . A good understanding have they who do his words.

The issues that Men are facing from women is far beyond what you may realize. Entering in to a marriage as far as the state is concerned is the formation of a legal entity. Since almost no 2 entities are equal it immediately creates Inequality. The Only way that I'm aware of to fix this is with a pre-nuptial agreement and I would highly suggest both individuals sign one. That helps take care of most of the financial inequalities and can remove the Incentive to divorce. The children issue and the courts taking sides against men in most cases I don't have a solution for. EPO's from women that are liars is at an all time high. 85% of them are total BS. All a woman has to do is write or convince a judge that a man has wronged her with little to no proof at All and he is legally treated like a criminal until and if that EPO is removed. Legally speaking, because of the laws of most states it is one of the most foolish things a man can do. To get married. And I haven't discussed the children issue. The man works hard provides a living for the family, the wife leaves him gets paid and incredible amount way over what she should in many cases and takes the kids up to 80% of the time or more all while the man foots the majority of the bill and she re-marries another man and the Ex is paying for their lavish lifestyle. No. You're right it's not good to be married in this unethical, perverse country where the courts have become an arm of Satan himself to destroy family's and partial Roy for this discussion the Man (Head) of that family.
Can you please do a video on why do when we pray we see the opposite of what we pray first and does that mean the devil always show up firstand please share of you had any experience in this when praying
What’s wrong with men going their own way. You can be a Christian and not get married. Enough with this romanticize idea that we have to get married and that we have to have a woman by your side in order to succeed. I read wild at heart. I loved those ideas put forth by John Eldredge. However, The reality is that in these days it is not safe for a man to be married to a woman.

Mark, I agree with you mostly. But study the legalities of marriage and divorce Financially and in regards to children. Men are dealing with an unfair struggle when they marry. They are entering into an agreement (because of the states perverse interpretation of marriage as a mere business entity) it's very dangerous for a man to be married without a pre-nuptial agreement. And then the children issue. That's another story altogether. And the man comes out the loser most of the time when divorce comes into play thus causing destruction in the family. And the Power that should be a man's in the marriage is completely flipped and too many times women take the way out for $$$ and they get to keep the kids. Men lose in majority of cases. If this wasn't so sure marriage would be great. It's the perverse and evil laws that cause it to be horrible! God doesn't want this to be this way but right now it is!
