​@@ProcyonZz Actually he sold his soul multiple times by making ultra-commercial music for teenagers since that theme for Twilight. It's not a secret that he has been trying to reach bigger audiences by making cheese pop songs at least since 2010.
His vague and generic ideas are just an excuse for these funny lyrics that aim to teenager audiences. After the shows he just goes back to his millionaire lifestyle (which I'm perfectly fine with) . You don't make an impact writing pop songs you know. Rage Against The Machine are a band who stay true to their ideas and their music is only a small part of their activism. You can see them criticising and acting against those things and people they don't like in our societies on a daily basis and in multiple ways.
You won't ever see Bellamy in a political demostration.

It is an kind of art / storytelling.
I think, you will not argue like this against Edward Norton, because he never started anarchy...
