The most helpful vlog ever !!! I’ve got the same carpet and can’t clean it properly with my V10Dyson. It’s been driving me nuts..!! It cost a fortune, but had enough, total waste of money. Have any newer deep pile vacuums come on the market since you posted this as I’m going to buy one. Many thanks 👏👏
The bagged vacuums seem to have done miles better than the bagless ones, with the exception of the DC41 (and it even still had its struggles 😅). It also seems that the longer the bristles on the brush roll, the deeper the clean. Great video. 🤗
Congrats on the new carpet! It looks lovely! But PLEASE be sure to be careful with your mess tests from now on, as you saw you'll have to make sure to use a vacuum you know can clean all the way down to the base of that pile after every test to be sure it stays clean. Hopefully you can get a Riccar vacuum sometime, they're the masters of carpet agitation. I'd recommend an older shark model WITHOUT duoclean, that might be able to deep clean it, but something more along the lines of that eureka the boss would be the best type of machine for it i think

Hi, both are fantastic machines, although I like the UP32 a little better because it feels lighter in use and the wand/hose design is easier to use too The UP24 has a slightly bigger bin and metal wand though but the wand is narrower in diameter so it’s more prone to being clogged with debris but the hose is slightly longer Hope this helps!
Don’t keep a vacuum clamped down on the carpet, the vent on the vax would of given you the airflow you needed to pick up the tea, instead it was clamped down and had no airflow going through to lift the tea out the pile, same with the Sebo, shouldn’t have been right down to the lowest, as it had no airflow, the Kirby would of been better after going down 2-3 notches as it needs to lift the carpet on a cushion of air and then the quadra sweep vibration would allowed the tea to rise to the surface etc etc etc Don’t use lowest settings unless it’s a really short pile otherwise you won’t have the airflow, as you know it’s not the suction that cleans it’s the airflow, Still loving the new carpet
I have 2 vacuums that have very strong brush agitation. My Sanitaire (unknown model) and my Royal 996. Very good if you have "apartment-type" carpets. Brush sound is very loud on my Royal, unfortunately. Sounds angrier than a week or 2 ago
i wonder just how well a kenmore progressive would do, one of the intelliclean models from the 2000s, ive never tested it on deep pile, but i will say it did have good airflow even for its ridiculous long hose, and the brushes stick out from the base a little bit.
That pneumatic Dyson head is useless in my house as it just doesn’t pick up pet hair,not impressed with the vacuum either, glad it was one I didn’t buy, I’m currently going between using my filter queen and my Panasonic MCE-43 Loving the new carpet b the way

Hey Parwaz…I have run into a little bit of an issue with my Kirby G6. I was taking it outside to air-dry a Dyson V8 filter (the newer model) and unfortunately, the Drive and Neutral button popped out of the socket as it kind of banged against the base of the door, as a collector myself I have genuinely been freaking out. I have tried several times to put it back in but it will not budge. I thought that since you happen to own a G6 I thought I’d ask you. I have searched Google and youtube but they are no help whatsoever. I would be so grateful if you could give me an explanation. Thank you.
Hi, the tech drive pedal usually falls out due to the metal arm attached to it snapping off or coming loose, sounds like it’ll need reattaching with some glue unless it’s broken, in which case it will need either a new pedal or a tech drive unit

Do u recommend any miele or sabo? For medium pile carpet? we really only these options and dyson just arent good for asthmatics.
@@bec2186 Sebo X7 is pretty good on medium pile carpet! As for Miele, if it’s got a powered brush head driven by an electric motor then those are also pretty powerful machines too The turbo brush models are only really good for low pile carpets
This video makes me speechless. Only vacuum what I can think of doing better is the Royal Pro Series 9 Amp. It has insane agitation and airflow. Kirby cant even touch it.

Hoover's 'cushion of air' philosophy still holds true! Less suction, more airflow and beater bars is what cleans carpets.

I have the newer version 550 watts and high pile carpet and believe me it digs vibrates down the SEB228 is amazing try it out with or without video

The Henry vacuum wouldn’t reach the deep down embedded dust and dirt due to lack of a rotating brushbar
