Oil up guga
for guga butter up same more appropriate
Don't mind if I do 🤤
Not the instegram humor 💀💀
😦
Oil up guga
As a sous vide channel I'd have loved to se a steak sous vide in the chilli oil but the oil is wagu tallow
As an Indian, I agree that pani puri is truly addicting. Although adding that bacon was kind of interesting to see.
My heart sank when I saw him add bacon 😢 ... I'm sure it tasted good 😅
What's usually used for pani puri? I wanna try authentic and the Guga versions at the same time.
@@00_enzoI think it’s not suppose to have meat, but I could be wrong.
@@00_enzoauthentic is the same thing guga did but without the bacon
@@00_enzo For real authentic pani puri you got to visit streets of INDIA 🇮🇳
Trust me when I say this but even Indians in India can't really get that taste making at home 😂 It needs street vendors sweat and germs to call it authentic but dammm tasty and I cannot exaggerate it more 😂😂😂
I think it needs to be said Leo has really brilliant ways of describing food, it genuinely is helpful and makes the visualising much easier from through the screen! props
He literally say some crazy description about everything. He just likes to talk and none of is genuine at all and since him and angel are in a power struggle angel always has to contradict him and hope guga agrees with him. It's really changed the vibe of the channel
The vibes of both the channels changed a long ago when leo came around....Miss those days with just Mamau and angel
these replies are wild man
Leo and Angel are both great and bring something unique to the table
I love hearing both Leo's eloquent descriptions and Angel's "food good me like" style
@@Bradgkbro Leo just fuckin YAPS. Angel is the one who feel like a real ass dude and not a bloke on a camera
Leo should go work for Uncle roger
That edit with Angel as a whistling bird at the end had me cracking up. 😂
Fr man 😂😂😂
Agreed 😂
FR 😂😂😂
Tbh, I mostly watch Guga for the side dishes nowadays. Today's looked amazing.
Love to see your experimentation with the pani puri. Don’t worry about adding your flair to it. Many in India have their own special versions. The street food vendor I go to likes to experiment all the time with unique combinations.
yeah many like to add armpit seasoning into it 😂😂 legit caught one near my place do that and he got shut down swiftly
Armpit Seasoning! I am still laughing... ROFLAO @@kabirquddus6442

1:13 YESSSSSS FINALLY SOMEONE WHO HAS MADE PANI PURI 😭😭😭😭 THANK YOU GOOD SIR
Tbh my heart sank seeing pork in it. I’m Muslim and watching them put pork in the food I loved grew up eating just didn’t feel right…..
@@user-tv1yr7jj3g TBF it looked like beef bacon
@@user-tv1yr7jj3gI’m Hindu and just glad it wasn’t beef
@@darm10 well we eat it with no meat at all only veg. Never ate a meat fuchka and if I did it would not feel right. What about you?
@@darm10 bruh wtf are you talking about, this is a channel about steaks, these aren't buffalo steaks, they are cows lmao.
I have been asking for sous vide pizza for 4 years.
😂
I wanna see that lol
Sous vide quiche/egg bites might be your next closest thing
I want sous vide dinosaur
Well, no one's stopping you from making it yourself.
@Guga I will say it again, as you are trying sub-continent foods, please try the steak as Bengali Fish Fry style. Marinade with turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, lemon and fry/baste with mustard oil(like butter). This make fish super flavourful, might do justice to steaks also. Please have a try.
This is sooo satisfying to watch Guga💓 watching from Philippines, big fan of yours truly 😊
Guga never fails to make me smile, laugh, and drool with every video. Thank you 😁
First time ever Indian side dish in guga's channel... love from India
i like how guga goes for every type of international food . as a indian i really enjoy guga❤
Same brother
one of the beauties of America. There are so many cultures living there, you get a little taste of everything and learn to cook things from those cultures.
Please Guga do a side dishes only cookbook! ❤
Really enjoyed this Clip.. I always watch guga videos while im eating my dinner or lunch.
I really appreciate you using avocado oil versus seed oils like peanut or vegetable oil! I try my best to avoid seed oils in my life as much as possible so I'm glad I can see a non seed oil deep fry video by you!
I'm always hungry after watching these videos.
One thing I might have done different is to fry the control in regular oil rather than using the flamethrower. That way they all have the same kind of crust.
That's why i only watch them when i'm eating 😆
guga nd his dishes are becoming insane day by day !!!!!!!
Good food is a blessing, and this sounded really good!
Great Video Guga ❤
Great video...I'm definitely going to have to try this one...😋
I just fried a steak in chili oil a couple days ago🤣 and loved it (made my chili oil based on a previous video you made as well!)
I like Leo’s input, keep up the great work you guys!
I love every episode with Leo! He's so sweet and not afraid of vegetables
Early! Yesterday was my birthday! Thank you so much Guga for posting this video today! You guys have made my birthday even better!
love your videos guga
I am not Indian - but I love pani puri! I think though, that the classic two sauces: the zesty super spicy salty herbal “water” and the sweet rather mild tamarind sauce work separately much better than mixing them. Also - you have got to do add the “sauces” last minute to keep the puri’s crispy. Love also dahi puri the same thing with yogurt.
I know, it is sous vide everything - (and not modern cuisine everything) - but I had the idea to make liquid ravioli out of the sauces and add it into the “shell”. So they stay crispy until you bite into them.
Yeah. You don't dunk pani puri if you want it to stay crispy.
u always know whether guga's food is good or not and that's appreciated from the honest reviews of his staff and himself.
I’m so happy you tried pani puri, glad you enjoyed it. It is so addictive!
Watching this while fasting for Ramadan
Good luck sir.
you are brave
Lmao 😂 ditto
Difficulty setting dialled to 10
You have nothing to apologise for, bro I love the take on some of the traditional Indian food. Love it. 😊
India approves of this guga
I LOVE making homemade chili oil, so this looks amazingly delish, Guga.
pani puri, my favorite snack
A fellow British Indian follower and food lover. I absolutely love pani puri (or gol gappe). I love how you've taken the traditional and added your twist. I'm actually excited to try it. P.S. your cook book rocks!!
I love the way how Guga took the ideas from Indian cuisine!
Guga made the cleanest goop scoop I ever seen 😂👍
The steaks look delicious and amazing and also the side dish as well!
Wow you did it perfect like always
Wow this looks so good. I wish you would have sous vide on with a little bit of the oil. Mmm 😋 I know that would have been amazing!
I had replay angel whistling as a birdy over and over a few times very funny could not stop laughing 🤣
Great video!
That looks so good.
Much love from India Guga! Hope to visit and try beef along with you for the first time!
Great video thanks 👍🏻
I've pan fried steak in a skillet with chili oil and it is absolutely amazing!
2:17 - For a second I thought you were using a green tea sauce with this dish and I got really excited about that flavor profile.
Guga the pani puri looks really good mouth watering good !!!! yum
Hey Guga can you recommend the best way to safely store the chili oil?
So proud of you Angel, never seen you eat something so green and enjoy it.
That looks so good
You nailed the Chili Oil Guga!
Guga making Panipuri makes me happy. It seems Guga afterall increased his spice tolerance and now making chilli oil with garam masala!
Wowza!!!
"AUUEHAEEAAEEEAUUAA" - Leo, 2024
so deep it made me emotional
Love your channels guga
Hey Guga, have you ever had scrapple? It's a pork product with cornmeal and spices that we greatly enjoy here in the Mid-Atlantic region. I'd love to see a video where you experiment with it. Cheers from NJ.
Guga always love watching the videos!
Quick idea for a fun video for you. April first is coming up which means April Fools day!
So why not prank the guys! Maybe do a perfect Guga steak with green food dye to look funky. Or red dye to make it seem like a spicy steak again. Just throwing an idea out there
Was the green chillies insides scraped clean before going into the blender for the green sauce?
Bro...awesome!!!
Thanks to you Guga I now have 3 Sousvide machines at home😂
Guga your steak are amazing!
Agree to agree😁👍🏻
Leo is not describing a steak, he makes poetry
Guga you should try a steak experiment where you sear it on the grill then sous vide up close to temp and finish it by deep frying it
Great play with pani puri guge. Spectacular.
This oil is amazing. I chopped fresh Popper in it
Subbed💯✌🏾
How long do you rest the meat before you flame it? Or fry in oil?
Guga I BEGGG make a channel called "Guga's Sides" and post clips of all the side dishes you made cus they look SO GOOD
The chilly oil after its made can it be saved to use at a later date?
The appetizer/side on this video looks tasty, and actually looks to be a real appetizer rather than just another beef based dish being served with the beef main.
I somehow felt good by seeing an honest and similar version of pani puri.
There is also something called dahi puri to try for you.
We(around my area) usually call it golgappa with no masala in filling and a spicier and thinner pani(water)
Any hotness transferred to the steaks?
Looks tasty.
@Guga, when you opening a steakhouse down there in Florida bro?
This is why Guga is the best🤣
Also the pani puri looks AMAZING, don't sell yourself short
Great video Guga. I love your videos soo much, asspecialy ones with chili oil.
that side dish brings me back to blue man group cereal/crunch skit
Guga always seasons simple! Salt and pepper is the shit! I also like to put balsamic with my steaks but that's how my butcher nono used to have his so big family favorite
Could you make wetbrined , sous vide meats in different alcohols? Like one in vodka, gin , tequila... would be awesome to see the reactions!
You can certainly try your own variations of pani puri... but I wish you hadn't missed aamchur (dried mango) powder in the potato filling!
You know, the way the pani puri starts off & puffs up similarly to shrimp chips got me thinking about a non-veg version of the dish, especially for coastal & riverine versions. Even a vegan version to emulate the texture & flavor of shrimp chips can work great for an in between point & could embody fusion or diaspora adaptation in a good way.
Dayuum Guga, what a side dish!! Noice!
I watch ur videos daily..... Literally daily.... And being and Indian I'm enjoying ur vid
Wow, the side dish actually looked good that time!
Pani puri is always amazing, I had so many on my trips to Nepal. One of the best street foods!
these steaks look particularly perfect. that marbling!
Make a Thai's Pad Ga Prao (ผัดกะเพรา), a spicy stir fried holy basil, with your steak. I bet it'll be freaking amazing.
Nice, everything tasty 😊
Guga, how much oil in chili oil is too much ? When does the flavor dilutes ?
I never thought of non vegetarian version of pani puri...But glad you tried it... Love from India
love the show and experiments only problem is i can not be there to taste them
Hai Guga, another nice experiments. But can you try experiment using kecap manis TY
guga
make some sort of sweet dish on your main channel, and pair it up with a side of your own improvised Hagelslag breakfast
Hagelslag is just toasted white bread with butter and chocolate sprinkles, but I think it would be better with peanut butter or some sort of thick peanut sauce, or nutella
original hagelslag tastes kinda weird, but hagelslag with nutella is on a whole new level, I'd say even better than american breakfast if you pair it up with some sort of kaiserschmarrn (omelette or pancake separated out into small ribbons or sheets while cooking, with different berries, fruit jams or raisins and powdered sugar)
Imagine the smell when you boil the chilli oil
Gugs should do some Select cut steaks just to show his expression while cooking them.
@Guga i bet u haven't tried wagyu steak momos yet.....if you had ,then you don't know what deliciousness is 😋
YOOOOOOOOOOOO PANI PURI IS MY GODDAMN FAVORITE, honestly never thought id see it here let alone made with bacon. gotta try that
I would've LOVED to try your side dish. Though I must say that now I think I know how some of my European friends might feel when I take too much 'artistic liberty' with their foods. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Does the garlic powder overpower the beefy flavour of the steak I’ve only ever used salt and pepper unless it’s wagyu then just salt?
