This is a playthrough of of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories with the One-Hit Knockout (OHKO) mod, which lowers Vic's health to one point and prevents you from restoring your health or wearing body armour. In other words, any damage will kill you!

About number 4 in Japanese - yep, it's true, and the same goes for Chinese and Korean. They don't even use this number on their public transport or elevators. For example, in Hong Kong, some buildings skip all the floors from 40 to 49, so basically after the 39th floor there is the 50th floor, lol. This superstition even has name - 'tetraphobia'.
Uh, what if someone was born on the 4th? And especially 04.04. lol.
And a couple more facts if you're interested in Japanese culture: they also consider number 9 unlucky, because it sounds like the word "suffering", and in some places in Japan you may be restricted entry if you have any visible tattoos (is it because of Yakuza?), and one more thing: they have a poop museum, Stu. And a toilet themed restaurant, lol. Although they're all over Asia, but still. Lol.

Question Stu, if you completed any of the bussiness mission is your daily income gonna increase or not?
That's correct. You get a small income increase when you complete the first level of a business mission, and a bigger increase once all levels are completed. That applies to all six business missions.
Does this mean all cars in the business are bulletproof?
Yes, now that I own every empire site.
Hello stu, I remember in a previous part you mentioned you were thinking about doing another playthrough of LCS, if you were to do it, would you play the emulated version of the game or play RE LCS as you have in your other two playthroughs of that game?
For this upcoming playthrough that I have planned (hopefully), I will play Re: LCS.

@Supervideo1491 I totally agree, VCS is my favorite game in the GTA series, with RE LCS tho it sucks you can't do 100% cause of a few side missions being disabled
Not to mention Re: LCS is quite buggy.
