Thanks 🙏 Most of the interior is completed. Just paint and some repairs to do.. then fit out. That will feel great! We are also looking forward to doing something different.
Great job 🎉 you two I have been hooked on this build since I come acrossed your channel I love wilda the structure of the boat and sheer mass of it is impressive keep up the good work look forward 💪 to the rest of your build
Thanks 🙏 Yes .. it's a bit of a monstrous task we got ourselves into... But we are finally beginning to see that there will be an end to all the sanding. Soon we'll start the real outfitting
Applying non-skid with help from a pro. Once fully set, test barefooted dry and wet. Observed some roof flex when you were applying the paint and non-skid material.
Yep. The roof flexes a bit. It's no big deal I'd say, but we'll add a bit of stiffness from below when we add lighting and handholds and such. For now, I'm certain it will hold and not cause any issues for the solar. Thanks for sticking around through all the sanding. We'll be showing far less of that going forward.
If you get dry river sand and mix in a good consistency with deck colour wanted cheaper than buying ready made must be river sand that way your not having to spend exorbitant prices David Newcastle Australia 🦘
True. You are not wrong. Ideally u would have wanted to go with a rubber or plastic granulate. I've used sand previously. Works great, but difficult if you want to repair or change. Because the sand is so tough. But you are absolutely right. Sand works. Good and dry alternatives to the free sand is blasting grit or sand from a pet shop. Thanks for watching. And thanks for the comment. Hope you follow along.
You are knocking it out of the park.😀👍⛵️

Thank you! Happy you liked it! Come back next Sunday!

Not long until the boat jewelry gets installed. Awesome!
There's a whole box of shiny bits just waiting to be installed.... Many boxes, come to think of it 🤣
Looking forward to less sanding and more bolting!

I think most people watching these DIY videos want to see DIY stuff. Not talking. Just sayin.
You're probably right... Sometimes it just doesn't work out...
