honestly timer speed and strafe speed aren't hard to code... it wouldn't take someone like caspar to code something like that.
I'm not saying hes cheating but the excuse that he is using cheatbreaker makes you sound braindead... considering the anticheat part of cheatbreaker probably isnt enabled yet AND he can see the code behind cheatbreaker too... hell he can just ask the dev to make a an exception for his hwid/ip. There's just too many things he can do for this to be a valid argument.
But still I do not believe marcel cheats. I've watched him for many years and there is only one video that I believe is sketchy enough for him to be cheating in...
