Im gonna try and help the uneducated and the doubters who have no idea what it's like to suffer with mental health issues. When you see and hear a person, regardless of status or influence, open up about mental health and the response you have is "think positive" or "faker" or "attention seeker" or any combination of ignorance, understand that your words are a reflection on your own self hate and self anger and insecurities. It shows both bitterness and resentment which is suspiciously telling regarding the mirror you look into every day. I see you. The question is, do you see you? And when you finally do, the desire to push your self anger and hate onto others will dissolve like sugar in a hot cup of coffee. And finally, finally, you will accept yourself without the need to Invalidate others. Because you will already be validated by the person who needs to most. Yourself.
You wouldn't think Zac suffers very bad with mental health I remember him saying that his mother wasn't nice to him and his family. In 2013 he was in his truck crying and saying oh god why why god.
Hey Zachary! Use your celebrity status to make taking about mental health/illness socially acceptable. When everyday folk talk about it, we get shunned. When celebrities talk about it, they are heroes. This needs to change!
This is all celebs do now is talk about all their personal stuff ad nauseam because they're addicted to the attention & sympathy they crave. It's like an epidemic among celebs. They're the unhealthiest, unhappiest bunch!

Literally the guy I respect him I love Chuck the show, he was cool in it but man he just said he did self medication booze, sex and what not, to me that's him living the life, there are so many peoplle that can't earn money, can't afford to eat, are ugly and fat have never had sex and have no friends yet those people are the ones that earned the right to be depressed and suicidal not the people that have everything, yet think to themselves a failure? what the funk man that's just wack lol. Oh and then there's the people that repeat the same thing try to think positive and continue to be strong we are here for you ungh ungh lol.

They should thank their lucky stars and not require their fans stroke their egos 24/7 because they're addicted to praise & adulation & attn & sympathy. It's not remotely empowering to want to be pitied and felt sorry for! A lot of these adults sound like they're not even in Jr High.
