For starters the X3 Lite definitely has a 3.5 headphone jack. Why doesn't the Lite score a point for the best price? All fantastic phones. I had a Galaxy S9 for 3.5 yrs and went for the X3 Lite as a get me by phone...it is that good I'm keeping it. Fantastic phone!

unless youre mad about takeing photos take the Neo. Same main 50 mp sony 766 mx as in the pro version
I think you'll find that the neo has a stereo speaker system, bottom firing and earpiece.
