Baking with Blair: Pumpkin Cookies

My grandma brought over some Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix, so I decided to whip up a batch with the help of my sous chef, my 6-year-old brother, CJ! 👩‍🍳👦 We had so much fun baking together, and these cookies are super easy to make and perfect for fall! 🍂
Ingredients:
--Great Value Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
--1 large egg
--1/2 cup softened butter (room temperature)
--1 tablespoon vanilla (optional)
--White chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
--In a bowl, combine the cookie mix, egg, butter, and vanilla.
--Mix everything together until well combined.
--Optional: Add white chocolate chips for an extra sweet touch!
--Scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet.
--Bake for 10-12 minutes.
