Hey Locus, you correctly stopped him but for the wrong reason. Turning right on a red is legal in Liberty County, however he did not STOP before turning. So, if you want to turn right on a red, blinker on, stop 🛑, and go once it is safe to. Don't cut anyone off otherwise they'll get ya for failure to yield.

Idk how the US works, but in the UK, you are allowed to stop a far by driving in front of them, it's something called a box formation, where 4 officers surround the car and start to slow them down. But again, idk how the USA works.
All I know is when I’m being chased by cops in ERLC, one car gets in front of me and the other gets behind.
