Too bad the magic trick didn't work - it was possible to see the wire that connected the 2 AA pencil batteries in the lower hollowed-out cavity of the wooden board. You removed all the views from below well, while you turned the board over several times during production to reassure the audience that the underside did not have a cavity. OK. i drew the schematic. the two coils and the diodes are in parallel and pass the current from the battery to the motor coils. one wire of the battery is connected to the motor coil and the other is outside the case. so one battery wire and one motor wire is outside the motor case. So he put a small Li-Po battery inside the motor case. when he makes the connections with the diodes it makes the motor run, but it needs a little push to start it. hobby Li-Po batteries can be very small and also very powerful. only thing is that the motor case does not show scratches for when he had to open it.
Well? This is easily testable and is actually a simple concept. The motor in the center would put out some bit of charge. The diodes would change the AC pulses into a DC pulse on the opposite coil. Which if there where no hidden power source be a combined generator / pulse motor. Regardless of if it is real or not I like the base concept and will try it myself. I hope there are no hidden batteries because I really like this channel but will unsubscribe if there are. See if people keep putting out fakes it hurts real researchers because if they have a real working device nobody will believe it, And that is a shame. The 1.5v battery on its own can't start the magnet heavy rotor, but has no problem running the motor after it's engaged manually. The power that lights the leds comes from the small 1.5v watch battery folks... Why build such a deceptive device? This genius is getting a huge flow of traffic on RUclips which he monetizes with ads, which I find brilliant in itself.
This video is fake, but not for the reasons you mentioned. It takes precious little energy to magnetise steel. Therefore no appreciable energy is stored in the permanent magnets. In this video the moving magnets induce the voltage in the coils which in turn gets rectified and lights up the LEDs. That bit is genuine. The fake bit is the permanent rotation of the motor. It won't do it by itself, it is propelled by a power source like a battery either hidden inside the "motor" armature or connected via invisible (edited out) wires.
what i dont understand is that the LEDs are blinking very slowly and the magnets are moving very fast. there are no capacitors to charge so charge is not building up in order to light the LEDs so slowly. why? we have seen the guy build this device and he shows us that it works. oh ok. it is just the timing of the LEDs and the camera's frame speed making the LEDs look like they are flashing slowly. ok then next question is, why does the rotation speed increase? where do the losses go? when u look at the motor it does not look like it has been opened or tampered with. the rust on the outside is homogeneous and there are not scratches on it. i dont believe in "free" energy. so the question remains. how does the circuit work?

When the motor is engaged it has enough momentum to start spinning faster on its own and then does turn the posts into power generators that then power the leds.... Fake as it gets folks. First indication was when he wouldn't flip it over all the way. That and any video like this without commentary is almost always leaving out key details like that fact that its fake.

The energy is stored in the magnets, which took energy(electricity) to create/magnetize. Eventually the magnets will wear out.

Looks like legit as the led is blinking as the motor turns. if it is a light from battery source the light will be steady.
