    I like everything about the way that bike looks. The bars, licence plate mounting. Pretty much everything is the way i would have it if it was mine. I love 'em drag style.

    Nice bike...although that 58 looks nice on the tank..
    That bike is more likely a 68...58 was still preunit construction

      How can you tell if it’s a pre unit?

    • @triumphjunkie3792
      @triumphjunkie3792 3 года назад

      @@dannyb20vtec28 the engine and transmission are 2 separate pieces...in 62-63 they came out with a design that the motor and transmission were in the same cases hence "unit" vs preunit

    • @tramppaints

      thats right but I think it's 65 to 69

    • @triumphjunkie3792
      @triumphjunkie3792 3 года назад

      @@tramppaints 62 was last year for preunit construction ...duplex frame 650 preunit engine...63 onward was unit construction....you can easily find on google

      Big lumpy cams. Free flowing exhaust. Clearanced for racing. Probably high compression slugs. A few thousand at the rocker arms so the valves don't burn.
