Galizian Urban Project - GUP, es un grupo de parkour perteneciente a Galicia, en España. Formado por 10 personas, cada uno de sus integrantes lleva a sus espaldas 5 años de preparación en esta disciplina. Disfrutamos del movimiento y la compañía en cada uno de nuestros entrenamientos, que es lo realmente importante de este arte. Disfruta del movimiento y olvídate del resto.

Basicamente , es uno de los mejores videos que he visto , la edición es espectacular, transmite mucho , y los movimientos son controladissimos , bellos eficientes ... La verdad esque es una obra de arte , gracias por darnos esta motivación ! Se os quiere ....

amo esta canción! en alguna ocasión me sentí super frustrada porque no podia pasar un gato, entonces mi amigo me obligo a sentarme en el pasto para ver el atardecer, respirar y escucharla. Fue algo magico me relajo un monton y lo logré :D!
se podría decir q esto llega a la categaría del arte....
De todos los grupos de parkour que hay en la red, ninguno me inspira tanto como ustedes, son lo mejor, sigan así.
Es bueno ver videos como este, en los que se ve convivencia, diversión y una bonita esencia... Muchas gracias por hacer estos videos que se salen de lo que comunmente se ve, como flips y dubstep...

I love this video so much! It makes me happy to watch all the harmony of movements.. the best parts are when the two guys run side by side or one slightly behind the other.. getting over the same track but using different techniques each that fits them best.. and the little fail at the end reminding us that there's a hard work behind it and it does not always work out well.. just amazing, guys. You made me happy. Keep going & may your steps always be safe.

Parkour is not supposed to be Freerun. Going from the point A to the point B while doing flips won't be faster and easier.
This video is a Parkour video, clean parkour, nice movements, and this is a good way to see how it works !
