well first things first, let's introduce these dorks to you • the one who's shyly bowing at 0:13 is yoon doojoon, the leader • the one with the round specs is fake maknae yang yoseob (i mean, come on, how can he still look so smol when he's almost 30yo), main vocal • the one wearing a flannel and a loose tie is REAL maknae (yeah i know its hard to believe when u see how tall and manly he is) son dongwoon • the one who sings first is lee kikwang, main dancer (and actually one of the best dancers in kpop, u should watch boomshakalaka he nailed it) • the one who sings at 0:36 is yong junhyung, main rapper, producer, composer (my bias btw, YES I LOVE MULTITALENTED MEN) the reason why they say "guuuu beast" at the beginning is that they used to be under cubeENT and were part of the group BEAST (there were 6 members at that time but the 6th member, hyunseung, left the group to focus on a solo career) until 2016, when they decided not to renew their contract. however they created a new company of their own, Around Us Entertainment, and, after a lawsuit against CUBE that resulted in a fail for them, they lost the right to be called BEAST and became HIGHLIGHT
There was really no lawsuit that Highlight lost, but legal negotiations between Cube and Around Us Entertainment, the company they formed after leaving. Cube, so that could still use Beast as name of their group. You see, they found out that Cube in Jan 2016 had patented the name Beast for 10 years so they couldn't use it till 2026. But when Cube announced that Beast would be back with Hyunseung and 2 other new members (Hyunseung denied it), the boys called off the negotiations and announced their new name-Highlight, based on the title of their last album as Beast with Cube.
