help me out here, Reggae fans - am I correct in thinking the second part of this is a "version" as opposed to a dub, or is it something altogether different.
a dub is a version of a given track, early reggae records would have a version usually without the singer and more or less instruments, then when electronic effects like delay and reverb got in there versions evolved into dub version (a dub would be more spaced out for example check out "fever grass dub" which is a dub of this tune)
