This drama has the best female lead character i've ever seen in a kdrama, she's mean yet kind, she made lots of mistakes and far from being an angel yet she improves herself, she accepts herself the way she is and doesn't hide her true self even tho many consider her as heartless, she's just human and she showed it Kim Dami did a great job

@@jod8080 Itaewon Class is her first tv drama, so she's new in this field. She won best new actress for tv category this time for her very first appearance on tv series. Actually she's not that long in entertainment industry. As a main lead, she only has 1 drama in 2020 and 1 movie in 2018. Her previous awards are all for movie category. Even for that only 1 movie, she won 15 awards from 19 nomination. Among 15 awards she won, there were 6 awards for "best new actress" category for only 1 movie.
Itaewon class casts are also nominated again in the next seoul drama awards. Who knows if she'll win it again.

I love how Kim Da Mi's character it Itaewon class is not your typical shy female lead. She really portrayed her character well. She definitely brought out the boldness & the badass of her character.
I binge watched this this show and these two were the perfect male and female leads in itaewon class and I loved that she plays a person with sociopathic disorder with an IQ of 162. I also watched a movie with her in it called The Witch: subversion and Kim Dae-Mi played that part perfectly, she has a bit part in the sequel too. I think it’s those eyes that make her perfect for those roles, she has those don’t f with me eyes 😊

Because she's just being herself, she doesn't even care about popularity because being famous is just a bonus for her. She just want to be an actress who can connect the feelings to the audience and the best thing about her is the fact that she doesn't pick roles that will only make her look pretty on screen.
Itaewon Class is still, hands-down, my all-time favorite K-series! It led me to explore more Park Seo-jun shows/series. Very well-written, well-paced, and all around amazing! Made me want to just go from one episode to the next...THANK YOU! I hope the writers generate more series like this one.

This drama was a real rediscovery. The whole cast was exceptional, the two protagonists (I knew Park Seo Joon, who as always proves great acting) Park Seo Joon and Kim Da Mi, verged on perfection. I learned to appreciate her in "The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion", a great film, and her acting test, absolutely perfect. Itaewon Class, is what is expected when you want to look at something exceptional, when you want to face a touching, and at the same time painful story, when you know that you are seeing a masterpiece, but you want to explore every corner of the plot anyway. For this drama I cried, I smiled, I got angry, and I rejoiced. You are a force of nature Park Seo Joon and Kim Da Mi, keep it up, because here in Italy there is one of your fans, who hugs you tightly!

I've seen a lot of kdramas and there are actually a lot of good strong female characters. I think what sets Yi Seo's character apart is because she's very honest about her feelings since the beginning.

Honestly, a thing that kept me watching Itaewon Class is Kim Dami's character. At the very first episode, i was so into her and almost throw a hand when she did not appear anymore until episode 3 (i think?). I just love both Kim Dami and Jo Yi Seo💖

Park seo joon started teasing and imitating the a word she said earlier 'gajog', that you can you use it in many ways like a coat, so when she said 'My Family', he said "o your family, the gajog, jukkii.
