I really appreciated these tips😭💗 For me too trying to separate myself from academic validation is so hard but it’s SO worth the effort for my mental health!! It’s still baby steps for me but even just having the level of awareness helps me check myself!
watching this video even tho i dropped out last year lol, but i relate so much to putting mental health after school, I put so much pressure on myself to do well that the burnout led to me giving up on so many goals, and it hit me hard both mentally and financially >.< i hope to anyone reading this to put yourself first, YOU are so much more than a grade on a piece paper hope you have a good school year kate!! you got this 🥰
