this is actually incorrect. if the gpus were out of stock it would be minors. but since gpus were in stock but the prices were incredibly high it's actually scalpers.
Thank god most coins are unprofitable now, as they should be for consumer cards. Makes it so the stupid investors can't eat up all the GPU's, leave none for us gamers, and jack up the prices, but also makes it so that a few smart people can actually get some mining done.
I really wanna get into mining. Even if it's really light and makes $0.01 a day, it just looks like a fun hobby. Where can I learn how to set one up? Ive got spare cards already and some good 1200w PSU.
@@masklessninja Oo sounds fun. I've been getting into circuit building recently. Would be fun to throw together a small solar generator from old garden lights and power a small raspberry pi.
@@HEHEXD42069 buy used solar panels for cheap and lay them out on the ground, no mounts needed. I have hundreds of panels I got used for ridiculously low prices. I am in San Diego which gives solar a lot more usability.
I would suggest starting to mine in windows on your gaming pc while you are at work/school.. figure out what coin you want to mine and if it seems worth it to you then maybe you could build a whole rig. plenty of resources on yt and google for that
Profitability depends on your electric rate. And at this building the power is free. At my other building the power is .08 cents. Lots of profitable things to mine.
Yea I told the landlord I wanted to mine, and negotiated a lease with free power and payment based on how many rigs I have running. Bro said yes, and here we are 3 years later.
Dang this the reason why gpus can be so expensive
I buy all my cards used, often in bulk from other miners.
@@Defi-Django How much do you spend on your bills?
@fade2black001 Total Gross Revenue is around $30k. After all expenses Net income is just above 10k. So 20k a month in expenses.

@Ohsgo it's annoying as hell and fucks up the market, don't be an asswipe
Sorry, the big boys are making money with your toys.
I had to look 3 times to check if this is Defi-Django channel, quite different style
I have a couple of mining rigs to sell in NYC, Staten Island.
How can I host with you guys? got some server cases full that need hosting
go to my business email in my RUclips bio and shoot me a message! I can add you to the list

Yeah, don't waste your money. It's not worth it now. I just turned everything I had into gaming rigs and sold them off cheap.
Get into solar power first like I did. I diy’d my entire off grid farm.

They’re almost all 3070’s
@@Defi-Django ahh ok ty
Only way this shit is profitable is if you're getting paid for heating the rest of the building
Bro share the gpus
Plenty to go around, they cheap AF right now too!
you know this guy is Rich since there are zero profitable GPU mining coins available today.
