Beautiful bag for a beautiful person. Sorry you went through that. That lady was a total B. You handled it with class. Congratulations on your education and well deserved! We all have to treat and reward ourselves!
When it comes to luxury purchases and rude associates- I have a lot of patience because I worked MANY years in retail so I understand that being combative makes nothing better but in my head I had some choice words. I was a potential customer for 3 bags, a perfume, and maybe a smaller accessory in one simple purchase. I don't ask too many questions and don't want the carpet rolled out at my feet. I usually go in, ask to see an item, check it out, and purchase it if I like it- 10 minutes max. So in my opinion she missed out on a decent sale and a potential client to add to her contact list.
Congratulations on reaching your professional or educational goal and recent success that inspired the purchase. I am so sorry you had that experience at the store. Being a woman of color I am accustomed to being mistreated in stores but so grateful it has never happened at an LV store. As I love the brand so much. I do think I need to diversify my collection as you suggested you may do. There are beautiful bags and houses that are just as good and provide exceptional service whenever I go to buy for my wife. Love how much joy your bag brought you. ❤
Yay a video! Beautiful bag. So sorry about your experience. My last experience wasn’t very pleasant but not due to how I was treated. Mainly due to the quality of what I got. I’m the same, giving LV a verrryyy long break.
Congrats on your new purchase! This is such a cute bag and what a great way to celebrate your successes! 🥳🥳 Sorry to hear about your terrible experience - that was not okay. LV is my favorite brand as well, but I'm looking to explore new brands this year too. ❤
So happy you shared this with us. I am lusting after a Loewe bag, so I understand the feeling of wanting it in your hand. Have a wonderful New Year and enjoy Florida. Safe Travels.
Ahhhh yay I’m so happy you got this bag!! I have the black empreinte version and I absolutely love it. I usually wear it long and crossbody but it’s also great shorter on the shoulder too. People might say it’s impractical but I find mine to be pretty roomy and carefree! I can fit pretty much everything I need in it no problem. I’m also really sad you had such a horrible experience! I hate when sales associates treat people poorly and I wouldn’t be going back to that store ever again!
Ok ok, I have to tell you my hack for this bag ❤️ First of all, congrats!!! It’s one of my all time favourite bags of all time. I just came back from a week or travelling with it. I spray it once a year with Collonil Carbon pro and it still looks brand spanking new after two years. Horror story: last week, I was on the plane home and after a freak manoeuvre, I dropped an entire salad with olive oil on it 😖😖😖 I wiped it down with pure water wipes, vachetta and all, and then resprayed it with Collonil and the vachetta stains ALL came right out. Without the protective spray it would have been in such bag shape. PS, it’s certainly not impractical. You can fit loads in it. It fits exactly what my Nano Luggage fits, including my compact umbrella- to me they are both Medium bags. Certainly not mini. I’ve also been caught in the pouring rain with it once, but it had been freshly sprayed so I had zero water stains. It all wiped off and dried perfectly. Also, in order to keep its shape perfectly round, I got an Etsy insert that reinforces the circular sides. It’s a great, carefree bag that way ❤ Enjoy it in good health!
We have huge lines during the holiday seasons at our stores... Sometimes upwards of a 30+ minute wait to go inside and shop/sit down and probably another 20+ minutes waiting inside for an SA. We have a smaller LV located in a department store which is about 1 room and then we have a larger LV store which has 3 stories and has almost every category available for purchase.
Wife and I were at South Coast last weekend and the sales associates in all three LV stores there were annoying me. The main LV store was a cluster fk with no crowd control. Every associate we had seemed useless. Previous visits we have rude associates as well. She was looking on her phone and completely bothered by us and throwing the bag around on the counter. It’s really a shame. Certainly doesn’t feel luxury anymore when visiting the store. Rather just buy online!
I wish I had your enthusiasm over Louis or any bag☺️ I have a few store-bought LV bags but I’ve never really had that excitement or lust-level over any of it, sorry about your horrible coffee experience but I do like the coffee or iced tea they offer when you’re waiting. You’re lovely🥰, congratulations on your latest addition 👏🏻
I’m deciding on an east west metis or a loop bag Or a simple croisette ❤ I’m deff getting a bag (or two 👀) for my bday in March but I can’t decide which one 🙈
The loop has my heart but I know dang well I won't use it as much as I think I will! The PM EW in my opinion is SO EXPENSIVE for what it is.... 3000$... GOOIIRRRLLLL...
@@hayleysroom true ! But ama see if I can get it for my bday or atleast get money towards it for my bday lol That’s my way around actually spending that price lol
Haley, I just love you and all of your many sounds you make when you’re excited! Congratulations on your educational endeavors. Thank you for sharing your experience with that bobble head of an sales associate.
I'm loving your channel so I just subscribed. I feel you on the experience of LV. They need to work with their SA's on customer experiences. I drove 2 hours away this past week to purchase some items and the experience was very lackluster as well. I had no designer items on by design to just see what experience I would receive. I felt that they felt we couldn't afford items, lol. I love to do that when I'm shopping for luxury items. I purchased one bag the others I ordered online. We went to Gucci across the haul and the experience with a guy named Eric was awesome! We purchased a few items. Anyway, I feel you sister girl and I'm about sick of the brush-off when visiting LV stores.
Not sure where this store is… but come to Hawaii the salespeople are generally very nice and helpful!! Plus I heard that there’s a 10%discount because of international sales.
All my LV experiences have been great but one. It was a few years ago when I wanted to have a look at the PSM backpack before purchasing it, I went to LV inside a shopping centre and immediately at the door they just told me they don’t have it, they didn’t even greet me, let me walk in and have a look at stuff, just turned me away. That was also at a time where I didn’t own any luxury bags so maybe they immediately judged me as if I don’t have the money to purchase it? Needless to say I got it online 🤷♀️ the rest of my experiences at LV have been amazing, recently I was looking for a crossbody bag in anything but their monogram canvas and this one SA brought out at least 10 bags and I left with none because they weren’t what I was looking for, the other time I went to buy a mini pochette and another SA saw me looking at their jewellery so he went out of his way to show me every single collection they have and even try on some stuff 🫶
It does look like a canteen lol but this is literally the only bag I want from Luis V 😭 I think she's beautiful Correction this bag and the Mini Palm Springs lol. When people talk about the luxury experience, it's a hit or a miss with the treatment you'll get.
Hello❤ l’m japanese in Germany😊 Yeeees! It´s german service quality 😤 It´s so sad even LV provided such a service. It‘s good idea to start your new journey with other brands!
I just subscribed right after your intro! That never happens but I immediately loved your vibes! Congrats on your achievements! 🎉 You are stunningly gorgeous too which is a plus for us viewers/subscribers! 😁🥰 Ok I paused the video to guess what’s in the box! My guess is a Speedy Nano or Alma bb? Lets see if I’m right! …Let’s goooooo! 😂 Oh wait what? You said you haven’t seen it but then you say it was a floor model/display piece and you didn’t see anything wrong with it! So I’m confused! Is this an online purchase or in person? 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Lol new comment. Tired of editing.😁 You said we are probably yelling at the screen “stop talking and open the box!” Speaking for myself, I don’t mind people talking while opening, but what drives me insane is when they show each and every part of the unboxing! I’ve literally seen many people show the stuff nobody cares about! The stuffing. The air paper. The styrofoam peanuts. The stickers tags and booklets etc. The Dustbag. The receipt! EVERYTHING! 🙄 Then they ever so slowly drag it out even more by taking the bag out of the dustbag in by inch! It’s infuriating! We want to see the item….not the packaging! I’ve actually un-subscribed to channels who do that, but you’re ok girl! No offense but I don’t like the round bag! It does look like those old Western movie Canteens! 😁 But if you love it that’s all that matters! So sad that’s considered an “affordable” piece! Louis Vuitton and the price increases are edging me out! Most of my lux bags are bought from the Real Real…Re-Bag, or Fashionphile! And guess what? I found out a lot of wealthy women by pre-loved bags too! Including women from The Real Housewives bravo TV franchises! That’s how they stay rich! Some even use fakes! Think about it! 🤔 💭…If you’re well known for being wealthy, nobody would question if your Birken (for example) is authentic or not. So they take advantage of that! Case in point…Jen Shaw of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City! She’s now in prison and the FBI removed over 100 fake bags and jewelry! 😳 If you know who she is, you know she was always dripping head to toe in designer labels showing off her wealth! What you didn’t know is that most were FAKE and ALL were bought using the money she scammed from hundreds of elderly people! 😳😳👹🤥 But I digress! The point is… those of us who aren’t filthy rich, are the ones who buy brand new bags! It’s a shame but true. Im trying to respect my finances more in 2023! Plus I like being part of the “ circular” shopping. Buying used means less consumption and less items in landfills. Plus sends a message loud and clear to LV! If they keep raising prices, people are choosing to buy pre-loved which means less money for LV! That’s a Multi-BILLION dollar company and Im tired of using my money to make other people richer! If I can buy 3 bags pre-loved for the price of 1 new bag, I’m in! You can find them new or in excellent condition too but pay much less! Rant complete! 😁🙄
Uuuuufff, I wouldn‘t have bought a single thing that day - not even at the other store! I sometimes feel, as if one gets bad service, when just looking, but probably not buying a thing. But when beeing interesten in THREE hella expensive bags, they should have treated you like a princess. Maybe I would have even written down the SA’s name and then sent a complaint to LV (hahaha, so German of me 😆)
With my recent experience buying Louis Vuitton online, my sister saw the quality and thought it was a fake because how crooked the stitching was, and the alignment was way off. It was a made in USA piece, but wow, so bad. I sent it back. Not worth it.
Wonder if there is way to rate your SA? Like we get a survey after a phone call assistance. There needs to be some accountability. Especially if the manager is getting repeated complaints about the same person. 😔
It’s so hard when you keep having a sucky experience at a store. I really don’t shop at that location ever but they are huge so they tend to have more availability 🥹🥹🥹
So unfortunate, this is why my last few LV purchases have been online or over the phone. The in store experiences have gone way down… at least your bag is beautiful!!!
I love the bag. You made a great choice. Are you in Germany or Austria? You said you spoke German to the SA. The only bad experience I have ever had at LV was in Vienna. I'm sorry you had that experience. The best experience I've ever had was at Gucci in Vienna. Go figure. You need an SA. If you ever go back and get someone who is helpful ask for their card. I text my SA and tell her what I want to come in and look at and when I get there the bags are already pulled. She wasn't in this weekend and I wanted the Side Trunk so she had her manager pull and hold it for me. I've only had great experiences at LV in the States.
I really need to get an SA but I am always so nervous to ask someone for their card at LV. At YSL and Gucci I have an SA (from me asking for cards) but LV I turn into a nervous Nelly and I don't know why. The store was the Munich Residenz location (not the Oberpollinger one).
Omg! I am SO sorry you had such a horrible experience. This is unacceptable. Very unkind sales associate. I don’t like rude but especially don’t like it when I am spending my money.
Exactly the point. No matter what anybody says- the price I am paying for LV reflects the expectation of superior customer service because the bags are not "worth" that much money by themselves. It is the experience and name behind the items!!
I would have gotten her card and called corporate. The only way they know about these bad SAs is if people report them!! Glad u got a bag u love though!!
My first time at Louis Vuitton wasn't pleasant as well. I have the same experience with the SA makes me feel like I'm dumb for not pronouncing right 😢.
Just a thought and I could be wrong but worth looking into, or communicating with other YT’ers. First off, for months now I’ve seen here on YT that SA’s have admitted that LV is trying to go away from monograms or I believe coated canvas in general. They would like to focus more on high end pieces made of full leather. The last couple of days I’ve seen vids on here of SA’s acting rude and going as far as “I don’t understand what you want” or “we cannot sell you that” all are monogram coated canvas. I’m not one to start a conspiracy theory but I wonder if SA’s were told by higher ups, do what you can to not sell coated canvas, sell leather pieces instead. I only buy my pieces online. Yes, have had to return a couple of times due to quality issues but honestly I don’t like dealing with SA’s, I used to be in retail, years back😅 PS Sorry for the unpleasant experience, no one should be treated like that.
Why do you people that buy luxury goods let yourself be bullied for your money and still keep on investing in those nasty brands. Their quality is not even remotely close to the price that they are charging and their employees are rude as hell to their customers. It’s pure masochism. For my money, and if I’m polite to you you better be polite to me. It doesn’t matter what color I’m, what language I speak or how I’m dressed - your job as SA is not to bully me or judge me. It’s to sell me a bag, that’s it.
I guess my timing was just always right ,I have great experience with LV. In Europe ( Frankfurt,Milan,Amsterdam and Paris Flagship store) my SAs might be in a good mood😂. In the US at the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas and now here in Saks, San Antonio my husband and I received a lot of perfume samples in an LV box,l and a couple of table magazines. Im sorry you got to experience that😔, I hope I won't be bec that would sour the experience and SAs can have a bad day at work but they must always be polite no exemptions.
Girls listen up please this is very important we spend a massive amount of money with these bags and part of that money goes to a special service that we should be getting when we get these bags. I know sometimes it's intimidating because I felt that way in the beginning. But if you are not getting the service that you feel you're entitled to, u should ask for another sales associate. Your experience at Louie Vuitton's the money you spent at Louie Vuitton the time you spent there should be all a good experience a feel good experience and if that person is not making it that way then ask for another SA another sales person that's it. At the end of the day that's her job.
Beautiful bag!! Agghhh the stores that don’t allow you to bring your drinks in 🙄 You should be offered water at the very least, so why can’t I have my coffee?!?! I leave when I’m told I can’t bring my drink in. I’m an adult, I can drink and shop without incident!
That’s so sad, it truly isn’t a luxury experience. The bag is lovely though especially with the pre-patina leather. It goes so well with the canvas. All my LV purchases have been made online. My husband went in store and bought me the leather recto verso wallet for Christmas but the SA didn’t even put it in a dust bag, just into the box. He also bought me a bandeau I’d liked, finished with last year’s red, Lunar New Year ribbon. No Christmas touches at all. About 3 yrs ago he went in store to buy me a bag that came in different colours. He showed the SA a photo, she disappeared for about 30 mins and then came back with a totally different one at which point he was a bit rude I’m sorry to say, but then she came back 5 mins later with the one he’d asked to see. I swear they don’t want our custom at times! Lots of other Houses to explore thankfully. I hope you enjoy your bag and I’m glad to walked out on her.
Um, excuse me ☝️ you looked hella cute that day. What a B. I can't believe they feared you like that. I've actually had the same type of situation happen to me. I asked for the Vavin Pm and they just ignored me. Then I found it on the display shelf.
Hi beautiful 🤩, congratulations ❤. I bet u were in Munich or in Berlin 🙈. I can’t stand rude SAs anymore that’s why I am always asking for the manger if someone isn’t able to be friendly
That was a terrible experience. When I bought my LV Neo Alma PM bag last December in Ginza, Japan, I had to book an appointment. The SA was very accommodating and polite. I was lucky that I didn’t experience anything offensive. Though I made it a point to dress very posh complete with South Sea Pearl earrings and necklace. But regardless of the outfit, the SA should not have been rude. It doesn’t matter if they’re a luxury brand, they should treat their customers in a polite and not condescending fashion.
I love my LV shopping experience in Taipei, Taiwan at the LV boutique. The SA I had served me tea and took me upstairs to the personal shopper area. SA in Asia are very polite and accommodating. I was dressed nice but casually nothing over the top but was treated with the utmost respect. They sent an SA to another store to bring back the bag that I wanted. Thank god all my LV shopping experience has been good in Asia and US.
Congrats, I love this bag. The SA was definitely judging, I am sorry that you experienced this, it is such a turnoff from visiting the boutique. Glad you got your bag :)
Beautiful Bag Hayley. Sorry to hear about your experience… I share the same sentiments with you, and I will say race more so than how you looked dress wise played a major role in your treatment. I had purchased a bag online very recently and opted for a store pickup and it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me. Customer service wise and purchase satisfaction. Customer should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of perceived value or wealth and appearance .
SA's make very little commission for coated canvas products vs. leather. Seems to me that she was just trying to make some more money off of you. Customers also feel the need to prove that they have the money to make a purchase when they are treated poorly, it's another sales tactic. I'm glad you didn't fall for it.
I shop too much to fall for the "proving" you have money to the SA. In the beginning that might have been the case but now.... I know what I want and as long as I am treated with respect... I can be a very easy/fun customer to have around!
Most of the time you rarely find an SA thats familiar with the bags. I have been a LV person since 80’s and have run across many SA’s that are clueless. I f the store doesnt know me, I ask for the floor manager who has familiarity with the items in the store. I refuse to deal with the SA’s that are stupid and inexperienced. I TREAT THEM LIKE HELL. Then when I return its like a scene from the DEVIL WEARS PRADA, “ oh no its him” Yes they scurry and get me the LEAD SA or Floor Manager to take care of me.
You are a saint, I'd have give her some attitude if she had spoken to me like that. The fact you were English speaking had nothing to do with it, do you think if you were Saudi and could only speak Arabic she would have treated you like that? She would have seen $$$$ and bent herself into a pretzel for you. She looked at you and thought she wasn't going to make any commission from you. These SA's get drunk on power when all they are doing is selling shoes and bags (no diss to shop workers, I did the job myself with no attitude).
luxury brand reps whether bags or cars etc are snobs and discriminate if they think you don't have money and will waste their time. i usually dress like a slob...ie....worn sweats...old jackets...dirty sneakers etc and when i go into LV or Prada stores to buy something i get no attention and if i end up with a rep they like rush to show me what i asked or talk to another customer while im looking at it. for me when that happens i just treat the rep like a dog and just order them to get me this and that and don't say thanks or anything. i just buy or leave with no thanks.
What a snobby cow of an SA! Who does she think she is? So annoyed for you & wish I was there to say something. ….. great choice of bag tho - love it!! Best wishes from Australia xx
BTW I'm asian and I never pronounce the bag names correctly. For me their names are as useless as ikea furniture names. I once gone into lv and described a bag by it's color and they still went out of their way to help me. I don't think your outfit should matter. Maybe the sa is just rude. It's still a retail job after all.
Girl you had an interaction with a complete dud, maybe extremely hungover or who knows. How did she even get that job lol. This story is really weird. Don’t take it personally, I just can’t believe LV would keep Someone this bad for business!! So sorry but enjoy your bag, it’s CUTE!!!
I am assuming she was new because it was the holiday season and they just needed someone to hire for the high volume months but her "knowledge" of basic monogram was quite lacking in my opinion
Mall of Millenia Orlando Fla … same experience on almost all accounts and on multiple occasions and it’s not race related or based on how one is dressed. I refuse to go to these stores and spend any money with these rude Barney Fife sales associates who most likely can’t even afford what they are selling. I order strictly from the website now and it’s such a better experience… nobody breathing down your neck as you try to decide if you even like the bag. With the price increases coupled with the store experiences they are going to lose their customer base. Since Covid the store experience isn’t the same as before … no browsing, no champagne etc. - very sad 😞
Omg I bet this was her way to try and get more commission out of you!! Since they make a fraction on canvas items due to recent policies. Dishonesty is not the answer . SMH. So sorry for your experience!
I’m sorry babe but I think you went there no wearing appropriate clothes and she judge you from outside that’s so rude of this girl to make you feel bad I can’t believe this happens again and again to people so rude I’m sorry babe Im happy you didn’t buy it from her ❤
I really don’t get the excitement over these bags but you obviously spend a lot of money on them the sales assistant deserves to be sacked over her poor performance and rude attitude I don’t know how you stayed so calm. if i was you I would write a complaint and send to the LV head office. Hopefully you get a personal apology

Also, in order to keep its shape perfectly round, I got an Etsy insert that reinforces the circular sides. It’s a great, carefree bag that way ❤ Enjoy it in good health!
I live in NYC and never see a line in front of Louis Vuitton lol what type of small town shenanigans is that? BTW I love your soft voice.
Enjoy your new bag and congratulations on getting accepted into the program. 💕
I’m deciding on an east west metis or a loop bag
Or a simple croisette ❤
I’m deff getting a bag (or two 👀) for my bday in March but I can’t decide which one 🙈
The loop has my heart but I know dang well I won't use it as much as I think I will! The PM EW in my opinion is SO EXPENSIVE for what it is.... 3000$... GOOIIRRRLLLL...
@@hayleysroom true ! But ama see if I can get it for my bday or atleast get money towards it for my bday lol
That’s my way around actually spending that price lol
I have been through the same experience too. I know the exact feeling too. Glad you were able to get what you wanted.
Ohhh that’s my bag I want it congrats I’m gonna get this bag this year I keep putting it off love it thanks for sharing
It does look like a canteen lol but this is literally the only bag I want from Luis V 😭 I think she's beautiful
Correction this bag and the Mini Palm Springs lol. When people talk about the luxury experience, it's a hit or a miss with the treatment you'll get.
Such an upsetting experience 😣
I do love that crossbody tho!
Me too and that annoying woman can’t bring me down 🤣🤣🤣
Hello❤ l’m japanese in Germany😊 Yeeees! It´s german service quality 😤 It´s so sad even LV provided such a service. It‘s good idea to start your new journey with other brands!
If you’re coming to the Miami area, visit the Aventura LV. The sales associates are very nice!
Happy new year Dear Hailey, you look fabulous. Please if I may ask, what microphone do u use pls? The one on your beautiful top. U so sound divine.
I love it, it’s gorgeous! I hope you enjoy it♥️
Uuuuufff, I wouldn‘t have bought a single thing that day - not even at the other store! I sometimes feel, as if one gets bad service, when just looking, but probably not buying a thing. But when beeing interesten in THREE hella expensive bags, they should have treated you like a princess. Maybe I would have even written down the SA’s name and then sent a complaint to LV (hahaha, so German of me 😆)
Beautiful bag. Congratulations !!
U didn't look at the side trunk. What do I think about ot
I love the side trunk but I don't know if it would be a good fit for me :)
What location was this LV at ?
It’s gorgeous, I love it✨
🥹 thank you ❤️❤️
I love that bag!
Congrats on getting into your program!
The bag is great and the SA sucks! Try not to associate experience with the bag. ❤
Great video. Thanks for sharing! I’m a new subscriber✨💖😀
I would have gotten her card and called corporate. The only way they know about these bad SAs is if people report them!! Glad u got a bag u love though!!
Congratulations on your professional success…. It certainly worth the spoils❤❤❤
Pitty that you had such a bad experience. :-(
I really love the LV store in Munich but glad that you got a nice bag. 😊
Yes, have had to return a couple of times due to quality issues but honestly I don’t like dealing with SA’s, I used to be in retail, years back😅
PS Sorry for the unpleasant experience, no one should be treated like that.
Jeez, I’m gonna have a bad time purchasing my first Louis bag someday…. But I’m definitely not a sweet as you, not even a little.😂
Very nice on you! And your outfit and you ❤it is make for you!
Aw so sorry😢
This bag is beautiful , i had them before sold it! Regret it lol
With that service I would of never shopped there
Beautiful bag!!
Hahahah your giggles 😅😅
Um, excuse me ☝️ you looked hella cute that day. What a B. I can't believe they feared you like that.
I've actually had the same type of situation happen to me. I asked for the Vavin Pm and they just ignored me. Then I found it on the display shelf.
Hi beautiful 🤩, congratulations ❤. I bet u were in Munich or in Berlin 🙈. I can’t stand rude SAs anymore that’s why I am always asking for the manger if someone isn’t able to be friendly
Munich at the Residenz -_- nothing but bad experiences there. I love the store in Oberpollinger- the staff are so much nicer/competent.
Definitely put in a Google review and also write to their corporate email.
Very sorry about your experience, that SA was rude, unprofessional and snobbish.
Your bag is lovely, enjoy! Cx
No matter how much u loved the bag and the brand, u shouldn't have allowed to be treated like that, period. Switch to another brand girl, it's time!
Cute bag. Sorry about your bad experience - I don't know how sales associates get away with acting like that !
Mind blown! Some SAs I think, feel they ARE the brand or Louis's direct descendants lol
Please open it 😂😂😂
Hayley I definitely I am one of those girls ..
They are pushing the leather they turn a deaf ear.
Ahhh😆. You got the bag !!! Congratulations. I can't wait to see you style it. Do you have an instagram?
You are a saint, I'd have give her some attitude if she had spoken to me like that. The fact you were English speaking had nothing to do with it, do you think if you were Saudi and could only speak Arabic she would have treated you like that? She would have seen $$$$ and bent herself into a pretzel for you. She looked at you and thought she wasn't going to make any commission from you. These SA's get drunk on power when all they are doing is selling shoes and bags (no diss to shop workers, I did the job myself with no attitude).
Sounds like a double standard case. Just my opinion.
I just do not understand the snooty attitude of some SAs. You seem very well mannered, were dressed neatly, and knew what you wanted.
luxury brand reps whether bags or cars etc are snobs and discriminate if they think you don't have money and will waste their time. i usually dress like a slob...ie....worn sweats...old jackets...dirty sneakers etc and when i go into LV or Prada stores to buy something i get no attention and if i end up with a rep they like rush to show me what i asked or talk to another customer while im looking at it. for me when that happens i just treat the rep like a dog and just order them to get me this and that and don't say thanks or anything. i just buy or leave with no thanks.
What a snobby cow of an SA! Who does she think she is? So annoyed for you & wish I was there to say something. ….. great choice of bag tho - love it!! Best wishes from Australia xx
The whole scenario was shocking and bizarre..
Sounds like the SA was a very disagreeable person in general. That store should probably reevaluate her employment.
They are employees and they think they are wasting time, how unfortunate that stores have this type of person. I would have gone and reported
So it sounds like she just wanted to treat you like crap …. Report her because no one does and that is why they act this way !!!!
Please mods
I wouldn't spend my hard earned cash in that store.
OMG. You totally didn't deserve this 😢
I’m sorry babe but I think you went there no wearing appropriate clothes and she judge you from outside that’s so rude of this girl to make you feel bad I can’t believe this happens again and again to people so rude
I’m sorry babe
Im happy you didn’t buy it from her ❤
Nice video, way unacceptable behavior.
WOW what a weirdo!!! how did she even get the job lol
Unacceptable! She should not be allowed to represent the brand. Sorry for your horrible treatment and experience..ugh!
Cooperate? Where i can contact you? Your ig is?
I really don’t get the excitement over these bags but you obviously spend a lot of money on them the sales assistant deserves to be sacked over her poor performance and rude attitude I don’t know how you stayed so calm. if i was you I would write a complaint and send to the LV head office. Hopefully you get a personal apology
