Just go to JYP fans and there’s a place to enter your personal information and purchase number, make sure your personal information at JYP fans matches with Yes24, it should be an easy process
@@zoanlee0308 it doesn’t work for me idk what im doing wrong. I went to the homepage of jyp fans and at itzy’s I clicked “edit” and it asks for my date of birth so i did but what is my reservation number? Do they mean my purchase number if yes that also doesn’t work🥲 idk what to do now
@@Itzmidzy_ Yes, reservation number means your purchase number, you can contact JYP support by email, I couldn’t verify on JYP fans too when I signed up for the first time, they did something on their end so I could get in
Like I mentioned in the video, you can’t buy it, you have to sign up for the fanclub (recruitment has ended this year), unless someone would like to sell their kits
